"Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby."

Some attractions such as Stone Church, Sapa Square, Sapa museum, Sun Plaza and Moana are also within walking distance. (5-15 minutes) The breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and courteous. Facilities are generally clean and well maintained except the toilets at the swimming pool need improvement. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much."

A location for the young and active. Elders can find the stone steps a chore to climb."

"This family-run hotel is bright, clean and close to everything ( the night market, the main area, and SAPA station are all walkable. ) Two of the male staff speak good English, and you can use what’s app to contact them. They always give quick responses. You can rent motorbikes, do the laundry, book bus tickets and so on at the front desk and they offer decent prices. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. They even offer us an early check-in because we take the night bus. You can leave the luggages there and when the room is ready they will send you messages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel."

What to say about that hotel, except the staff was really friendly and kind👍 we arrived around 6:30AM-7AM with a night bus, hoping that we could leave our luggage there, we rung the bell, and felt so sorry to awake him this early, but he still was super nice, telling us it was okay, and come back at 1PM for the check in. We were as sleepy as him, but did a little visit of the city waiting for the right hour. But without our luggage, which was great. The room was more than okay, with a lake view, that we couldn't see properly as we came during foggy days😅. In the rooms you'll have water, coffee and tea for free, and then some snacks and other drinks, that you'll have to pay if you use them, but the price was quite fine. It's in the upper of the lake, but you have stairs that go straight to it, so it's really near 👍"
