❤️ Thoughtful touches: 🌹 They gave us a little hotel tote bag as a welcome gift when we checked in (Pic 12). 🌹 Every evening turn-down service included two eye masks (Pic 13). 🌹 Universal power adapters were provided. 🌹 Room cleaning and mini-bar replenishment twice a day, with very friendly staff. 👏 Pros: The hotel lobby and rooms are very photogenic. For moms with kids who can't take many photos, you can just grab a selfie stick and snap away! 👯‍♀️ 💣 Cons: 1. The toilet isn't smart/bidet-equipped. 2. For such a high price, breakfast isn't even included.

The lady at the front desk was very nice! We stayed for one night, and while the airport hotel room was a bit dated, it was an excellent spot for kids to watch planes! It's perfectly fine for a one-night layover!

The Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong is perfect for a layover! It's right next to Hong Kong Airport, making getting to and from the terminals super convenient, which is a lifesaver for early morning flights. The superior room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were attentive, and the hotel environment was quiet with good soundproofing. It's an excellent choice for families with kids on a layover, saving you from long journeys and ensuring a good rest. Highly recommend for transit stays.

If you're attending a concert and want to stay near the airport, but also plan to explore the surrounding area during your stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Communication with the front desk was a huge problem. I needed to change my check-out date due to a schedule conflict, so I asked the front desk staff a day in advance. They told me to request the change through the booking platform (Ctrip). After two failed attempts on the platform, I tried calling the hotel for nearly ten minutes with no answer. Finally, someone who didn't speak Chinese picked up and transferred me, but again, no one answered. Since it was getting late, we decided to email them to request the change, but received no response even after a day. The next evening, we queued at the front desk and finally found a staff member who spoke fluent Chinese. She informed us that early check-out was only permitted with a flight screenshot; no other reasons were accepted. When I pointed out that the hotel staff had caused us significant delays, she only offered a verbal apology and no compensation. She also implied that the lack of response via phone or email was the booking platform's fault, not the hotel's. Honestly, the front desk staff gave off a vibe of complete indifference, as if they knew the hotel's direct access to the airport and prime location meant customers would come regardless, and good service wasn't a priority. The hotel facilities are also old. When we checked in, the slippers in the closet were completely yellowed and unusable, so we had to go downstairs to the front desk to get new ones. The bathroom has no ventilation system, so steam lingered for a long time after showering. You have to shower in the bathtub, as there's no separate wet and dry area, and standing water accumulates afterward, which is unhygienic. They don't provide mineral water, so you have to buy it yourself. The bedside phone was just for show and couldn't make calls. The only positive was the cleaning lady on the sixth floor, who was very kind and friendly. After learning we were there for a concert, she assured us she wouldn't disturb our rest the next day and politely asked if we had eaten. She was gentle and considerate.

The hotel is connected to the airport, and there are clear signs in T1 pointing to the walkway. When checking in, Jade at the front desk saw my child with a camera and guessed we wanted a room with a view of the tarmac. She specially arranged a room with a great view for us, which was very thoughtful and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent. It was a wonderful night.
