Details worth praising: We informed them in advance about a birthday celebration, and the hotel offered a choice of flowers or a cake. During our stay, we enjoyed complimentary laundry service for four items daily, which was a blessing during the hot summer. Upon check-out, we received thoughtful and attentive farewell gifts like a photo frame, a thermos, a canvas bag, and toiletries. The breakfast for both days was varied, delicious, and plentiful. Despite being located in the West Lake scenic area with restaurants nearby, it didn't disturb our peaceful sleep at all.
