It's a two-story commercial building on the outer ring of a residential area, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, with two hot dishes, fried rice, and fried noodles. It was a satisfying meal."

"The room overall was pretty good, very quiet, with no disruptive noise. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 5th floor, and a self-service restaurant on the 2nd. The front desk staff were very welcoming; seeing we had a child, they proactively offered kids' toiletries and slippers. There's a lounge area on the ground floor for relaxing and having tea. What's really convenient is that you don't even have to go downstairs to pick up takeout; a robot delivers it right to your room! It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but still very close to Zhengning Road Night Market – just a short walk away. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and a small toy for the child, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience and hope to visit again."

"Every time we visit Lanzhou to see family, we stay at the Grand Hyatt. Room 3906 on the 39th floor has become a cherished memory for our family during each visit. The two-story accommodation is perfect for a family, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly surprised me was that all the water is purified and incredibly soft. Given that Gansu water is usually very alkaline, this small detail is really impressive. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip to Lanzhou, and I hope they continue to maintain this excellent standard."

The room was spacious and bright, and the beautiful Yellow River scenery was right before my eyes through the floor-to-ceiling windows – a truly great view. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is directly opposite the Yellow River embankment, and in the evening, taking a stroll along the Yellow River embankment walkway, you can enjoy the surging Yellow River water up close, which was very pleasant and refreshing."

Please be reminded that if you drive, you need to apply for a parking space with the hotel in advance, because the hotel is within the Grain Bureau."

"The front desk lady was very efficient with check-ins and had an excellent attitude. When there was an issue with our room, she quickly found a solution to minimize our wait. We noticed an odor in room 908, and she promptly alerted someone to handle it. After airing out the room and spraying air freshener, it was a bit better. My suggestion: air out the rooms more frequently to get rid of new renovation smells sooner. The hotel is located on Zhangye Pedestrian Street, and it's an easy walk to the Yellow River where you can visit Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River Mother Sculpture. Transportation is convenient, and there are many dining options nearby. Overall, it's highly recommended!"
