The bed was very comfortable, and the front desk staff helped me choose a quiet room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with "hello." I am grateful for the warm and thoughtful service from the hotel staff. This is a hotel worth considering."

"An older hotel with somewhat dated facilities, but generally clean and tidy. The night view was okay, but not spectacular, mainly because the exterior glass was full of smudges and dirt. Downsides: the room didn't have a refrigerator, and the only trash can in the entire room was in the bathroom! Nowhere else! Transportation is inconvenient; you have to take a taxi everywhere. It's just 'okay' overall."

"The service from the hotel's front desk staff and executive lounge attendants was absolutely excellent and very satisfying! The hotel environment is comfortable and elegant, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. However, the 5th-floor pool was a letdown. It's not a very large area to begin with, and it's open to the public, leading to some disorganized pool management. The chlorine smell was also very strong. Additionally, the fried rice (pictured in photo four) negatively impacted the overall excellent quality of the breakfast."

Plus, you can rent a car right downstairs, making it super easy to get around. Very satisfied overall."

We also gave the children toiletries. We also gave the children a small camel. We also gave them a small bag when we left. Overall, I am quite satisfied with a four-star hotel. (It would be better to put the children's toiletries directly in the room, but it may be busy during the National Day holiday, which is understandable)"

"This hotel is great! The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and being on a high floor, the view was fantastic. We booked this hotel for both the start and end of our major loop trip. When we were considering adding breakfast, the front desk recommended Mo Gou Yan Beef Noodles, a famous old establishment nearby, which was less than a 5-minute walk away. We ended our trip perfectly with a relaxing bath. Thinking about my child's upcoming final exams, the front desk even helped print some homework for them for free! I highly recommend this place to anyone stopping in Lanzhou."
