SSarah.HHuge thanks to the breakfast staff and Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk! Haha, they responded to our needs instantly, followed up, and even offered suggestions, making us feel incredibly well-cared for! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou!
Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness – dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased – truly, thank you so much!
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable.
All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly.
The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy.

TTaoqipaopaofanmaijiThis stay was great! The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are in good condition, and you can see that they are carefully maintained. The room was delivered with fruit, including my favorite strawberries, which were delicious and fresh. After talking to the waiter, I learned that the strawberries were picked from a local garden and were very carefully selected. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. I will choose this place next time!

The room is large, the bathtub is large and comfortable, the bathroom products and toiletries are of good quality, the breakfast is also okay, the front desk service attitude is good, and the reviews are positive.

XXiamoliangbaoThe wisest choice for this trip to Lanzhou is to stay in this hotel! The front desk service is perfect. Not only did the staff complete the check-in in half a minute, but the little brother saw that we had a lot of luggage and personally pushed the cart to the door of the room. Although it is located on the edge of the city, the geographical location is a treasure. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the Yellow River. It is backed by a residential area, and the environment is quiet and safe. What's more surprising is that the convenience of travel is perfect. It takes 10 minutes to get to Zhengning Road Night Market by taxi. The hotel's exclusive underground parking lot is spacious and bright, and luggage carts are available. There is no worry about driving by yourself. The room design is full of ingenuity, and details such as smart curtains and humidifiers are carefully considered. There is also a 3-hour dining period that is extremely friendly to lazy people like me. The quality of freshly squeezed juice and freshly baked egg tarts is comparable to that of professional restaurants. The most amazing thing is the Lanzhou beef noodles that are freshly pulled in the open stall, the beef bone soup is freshly boiled, and the chili is fragrant but not dry. It is my first choice hotel in Lanzhou!

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff smiled during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were new, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

1. The room is very big.
2. I met the staff doing the cleaning, and confirmed that the linens were indeed changed for each guest!
3. It is very close to the shopping mall, food court, and airport.
4. The service is nice.
Disadvantages:
The lobby and the room are not non-smoking.
P.S.
The breakfast at 8:00 is quite rich and the taste is above average. There are specialty seed melon and yogurt! Ramen is also freshly made, but Lanzhou ramen almost does not contain beef, and the beef is only injured on the skin.

Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.
