It's not far to walk from Lanzhou University subway station; the trees and flowers along the way are beautiful, and the hotel environment is impeccable. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible – a big thumbs up! The hotel also provides a fruit platter and homemade yogurt daily, and the yogurt was indeed delicious! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely amazing! Super delicious beef noodles!!! And the large window in the breakfast restaurant overlooking a big tree was breathtaking!!! The restaurant staff I encountered on the first day were all very nice, enthusiastic, and polite! However, on the second day, an older staff member at the entrance had a less than pleasant attitude.

Great hotel. Close to the airport and near a park area. Good to relax. The hotel is very new, the rooms and the service are great, Nana did a great job. The breakfast is very relaxing, nice atmosphere, local and international dishes. The gym and the pool are great. I can warmly recommend

Because it was a layover and I had an early flight the next morning, I specifically chose the Baixiang Hotel as it's the closest to the airport. The stay was fantastic! The airport shuttle only took three minutes to get to the entrance/exit, so I was able to leave leisurely at 5:30 AM. It's also convenient for taking the high-speed rail to and from Lanzhou city center from the airport. Just be aware that there aren't many delivery options nearby, so it's a good idea to buy food beforehand and bring it to the hotel.

I had a great experience staying on Tianshui Road before, and the service here is just as excellent! The front desk even gave me a free room upgrade. Every staff member was very polite, and even the auntie on the 36th floor greeted me warmly in the morning, which was a lovely touch. Front desk staff member Lu Qianhui was also very patient and attentive, and even gave me a small gift. I hope the hotel's business prospers!

The room was spacious with a stadium view, and very clean. I especially liked that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. It was a fantastic stay, definitely worth the price, and I'll book this place again next time!

This is a temporary stay for one night when returning to Suzhou from Gansu. I still chose the Jianguo Hotel. The environment is good, the sound insulation is good, the attitude is good, and the price is relatively inexpensive. It is worth recommending

The hotel is in a prime location, next to a snack bar and supermarket. It is located in the central stage and parking is very convenient. The room is comfortable and clean. The front desk service is very good and nice. I will come again next time~

The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated.
