SSarah.HHuge thanks to the breakfast staff and Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk! Haha, they responded to our needs instantly, followed up, and even offered suggestions, making us feel incredibly well-cared for! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou!
Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness – dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased – truly, thank you so much!
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable.
All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly.
The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy.

MM231920****Very amazing stay experience! The hotel is quiet in the middle of noisy. If you look at the photos, no one will believe that this is Lanzhou. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk are too intimate. There are night yogurt and fruit gifts every day. They fill in various washing and skin care utensils in time. When you check out, you will rush to Zhongchuan Airport's high-speed rail 🚄. The younger brother and sister at the front desk helped to see the online car appointment over and over. While we put our luggage, the brothers and sisters asked the driver master to ensure safety and must hurry up to send it. After 36 years, we will revisit the old place. Thank you to all the staff in Building 2 of Ningwozhuang Hotel. Thank you 🙏 for your intimate service! I wish the hotel a prosperous day! 🌹🌹🌹🌹

TTaoqipaopaofanmaijiThis stay was great! The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are in good condition, and you can see that they are carefully maintained. The room was delivered with fruit, including my favorite strawberries, which were delicious and fresh. After talking to the waiter, I learned that the strawberries were picked from a local garden and were very carefully selected. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. I will choose this place next time!

The check-in staff has a strong sense of service, the hotel facilities are also very good, and the swimming pool is very clean, so it is worth recommending.

MM280309****Extremely satisfied with my stay! Hilton's professionalism is unquestionable; the room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI came to see JJ Lin's concert. The hotel environment is very good, very close to the Olympic Games. The room is large, the bathtub is large and comfortable, the bathroom products and toiletries are of good quality, the breakfast is also okay, the front desk service attitude is good, and the reviews are positive.

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

1. The room is very big.
2. I met the staff doing the cleaning, and confirmed that the linens were indeed changed for each guest!
3. It is very close to the shopping mall, food court, and airport.
4. The service is nice.
Disadvantages:
The lobby and the room are not non-smoking.
P.S.
The breakfast at 8:00 is quite rich and the taste is above average. There are specialty seed melon and yogurt! Ramen is also freshly made, but Lanzhou ramen almost does not contain beef, and the beef is only injured on the skin.

Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.
