I stayed at the Sheraton Lanzhou Hotel for two nights, and the overall experience was excellent! The hotel's service staff, Xiao Dai and Xiao Wan, were warm and thoughtful. They quickly handled any small requests. From check-in to check-out, every detail made people feel very considerate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are modern and clean, especially the choice of bedding, which makes people sleep well all night. The hotel's location is also very convenient, and it is very suitable for both business and leisure travel. The catering is also satisfactory, with a rich variety of breakfasts and excellent taste. Special thanks to the front desk and room service team for their meticulous care, which made this trip to Lanzhou particularly memorable. Next time I come to Lanzhou, I will definitely choose Sheraton again!
