MMeijunMeggieThis hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, offering a beautiful night view. The hotel's design and ambiance are truly impressive, and the rooms themselves are equally stylish. The hotel entrance is grand and imposing, and the courtyard's landscaping and lighting are very trendy. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly attentive and gentle, always doing their best to accommodate any requests. The rooms are fully automated and very smart. What truly stood out was how meticulously clean everything was – it's rare to find a hotel in the Northwest without a speck of dust! It felt very welcoming. When I checked out, one of the staff members even gave me a souvenir. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's gym facilities were top-notch, perfect for relaxation and exercise. The hotel's WiFi was fast and provided a smooth internet experience. Parking was ample and very convenient; finding a spot was never a problem. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly, and Zhang YY provided excellent service, always with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedding was of very high quality and very comfortable to sleep in.

Service: The service is very intimate. We arrived in the afternoon. Because of the delay of the plane, the hotel pick-up staff waited at the airport for 40 minutes. We also prepared water for us in the car. After arriving at the hotel, there was security to help with the luggage. The service is worthy of praise.
Facilities: The hotel has a gym, just to meet the husband of the fitness expert, by the way, let him wash the clothes, social security is new and very assured.

The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! AAnonymous UserTraveling from Chengdu to Lanzhou, I chose the Licheng Ruixuan Hotel under the Gongmao Railway Bureau, and the entire stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is convenient, with ample parking. Although it's necessary to arrive early to secure a parking spot during holidays, it's very friendly to travelers with cars. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Particularly noteworthy is the intelligent robot food delivery service, which is both safe and convenient, adding a lot of technological sophistication and fun to the stay.
What impressed me most was the professional service of Zuo Zuo at the front desk. We were exhausted when we arrived in the early morning, but she was still energetic, smiling warmly, and quickly and efficiently processed our check-in. She also proactively introduced the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, thoughtfully reminding us to get some rest. This meticulous care made us feel incredibly warm and instantly washed away the fatigue of our journey.
Overall, this stay was outstanding in terms of facilities, service, and details, offering excellent value for money. Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is a highly recommended choice, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lanzhou!
