I booked a deluxe twin room for the extra space. The room was alright, nothing special, but the air conditioning was incredibly noisy. The service was mediocre, not even as good as the All Seasons Hotel, which is also part of Huazhu Hotels. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but the beef noodles were decent. The hotel's location near the train station is a bit far from all the tourist attractions. Overall, it was just so-so and didn't meet my expectations.

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The room was very clean, free of any unpleasant smells, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a stable water flow and hot water came quickly. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was attentive. The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

When booking a room, I didn't notice that the ordinary room type didn't have a separate bathroom. I was worried that the public bathroom would be dirty and messy, and the hygiene would not meet the standards. After all, with the elderly and children, hygiene cannot be sloppy. After arriving at the hotel, I quickly told the front desk that I wanted to see the room before checking in. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady was very patient and immediately took us to see the hygiene of the room and public areas. As soon as I entered the door, my heart was at ease - the public area was cleaned cleanly, not at all messy as imagined. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped with all the facilities. There was also a small window for ventilation. When the door was closed, it was a quiet private space, which was very comfortable to live in. The most surprising thing was the price! It was so cheap that people couldn't help but wonder ”Is there any profit for the boss's room fee of dozens of dollars?” The cost-effectiveness was ridiculous! In fact, there are different types of rooms to choose from in the hotel. Some are suites, and some rooms are furnished with tables and chairs that look very delicate. The grade is higher, and the price will naturally be more expensive, but you can choose according to your needs. It is very considerate. I sincerely recommend it to friends who come here for business or medical treatment, especially those with limited budget and who value hygiene. The toiletries are Le Labo-scented, leaving my hair with a sophisticated salon scent after washing, I almost wanted to steal them when checking out (kidding, not kidding) 😂 Detail-oriented folks will be thrilled! There's a wireless charging pad by the bed, automatic curtains, and even a smart heated toilet 🚽 The freshly made wontons for breakfast were incredibly delicious, and the handmade macarons for afternoon tea were sweet but not cloying~ The front desk guy even helped with my luggage and reminded me to bring an umbrella on a rainy day, seriously, who understands this level of thoughtfulness!! 💯 And it's only 300+ per person!! This hotel is excellent! The views are fantastic, and the room is spacious and very clean. The facilities are also quite new. For the price, it's incredible value for money. I stayed at the All Seasons Hotel on a business trip and the overall feeling was great! The location of the hotel is very close to Lanzhou University, and it is very convenient to get in and out. The rooms are simple and elegant, clean and hygienic, making your stay very safe. The bedding was very comfortable and I slept till dawn. The service in the hotel is also very good. The staff are very friendly and always smile. They feel very warm. The breakfast in the morning is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and tastes good. This time I stayed at Ji Hotel and experienced high-quality accommodation services. I recommend it to everyone.

It's not far to walk from Lanzhou University subway station; the trees and flowers along the way are beautiful, and the hotel environment is impeccable. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible – a big thumbs up! The hotel also provides a fruit platter and homemade yogurt daily, and the yogurt was indeed delicious! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely amazing! Super delicious beef noodles!!! And the large window in the breakfast restaurant overlooking a big tree was breathtaking!!! The restaurant staff I encountered on the first day were all very nice, enthusiastic, and polite! However, on the second day, an older staff member at the entrance had a less than pleasant attitude.

Overall, the experience exceeded expectations! The environment was quiet and elegant, the room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and was spotless. Toiletries were provided, hot water was readily available, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. A perfect stay!

Absolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible! I chose this hotel because it was convenient, but I called the front desk to change rooms because of a musty smell. However, the room still smelled of disinfectant. Because I was busy, I didn't have time to change rooms. At night, the toilet was incredibly noisy when I went to the bathroom, and there was a constant flushing noise. I don't know what was making noise from the right side of the window, probably because it's near the street. The room I changed to wasn't as good as the original one, and all the cabinets smelled musty when opened. I can't stand it! I hate this hotel! The bathroom curtain was also difficult to open… Absolutely terrible! The water was also awful; I don't know what it was. I'm angry, tired, and sleepy. I will definitely not stay at your hotel again! I gave you this rating with a very angry feeling.

The environment is very nice. The rooms on higher floors are very quiet. The room decor is excellent, and all the facilities are new. The hotel service is very good; they respond promptly to any needs. The only minor drawback is that there are only two elevators, so waiting for them can be quite long if you're staying on a higher floor.
