When booking a room, I didn't notice that the ordinary room type didn't have a separate bathroom. I was worried that the public bathroom would be dirty and messy, and the hygiene would not meet the standards. After all, with the elderly and children, hygiene cannot be sloppy. After arriving at the hotel, I quickly told the front desk that I wanted to see the room before checking in. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady was very patient and immediately took us to see the hygiene of the room and public areas. As soon as I entered the door, my heart was at ease - the public area was cleaned cleanly, not at all messy as imagined. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped with all the facilities. There was also a small window for ventilation. When the door was closed, it was a quiet private space, which was very comfortable to live in. The most surprising thing was the price! It was so cheap that people couldn't help but wonder ”Is there any profit for the boss's room fee of dozens of dollars?” The cost-effectiveness was ridiculous! In fact, there are different types of rooms to choose from in the hotel. Some are suites, and some rooms are furnished with tables and chairs that look very delicate. The grade is higher, and the price will naturally be more expensive, but you can choose according to your needs. It is very considerate. I sincerely recommend it to friends who come here for business or medical treatment, especially those with limited budget and who value hygiene. This business trip stay completely changed my perception of 'accommodation' 😭✨ 📍Located downtown yet nestled among greenery, stepping in reveals vintage brick walls + floor-to-ceiling windows, every snap is an Instagram-worthy shot 📸 The room features a low-saturation cream palette, and the bedding is unbelievably 60-count long-staple cotton, lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds ☁️ Here's the best part! The toiletries are Le Labo-scented, leaving my hair with a sophisticated salon scent after washing, I almost wanted to steal them when checking out (kidding, not kidding) 😂 Detail-oriented folks will be thrilled! There's a wireless charging pad by the bed, automatic curtains, and even a smart heated toilet 🚽 The freshly made wontons for breakfast were incredibly delicious, and the handmade macarons for afternoon tea were sweet but not cloying~ The front desk guy even helped with my luggage and reminded me to bring an umbrella on a rainy day, seriously, who understands this level of thoughtfulness!! 💯 And it's only 300+ per person!! Absolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible! I chose this hotel because it was convenient, but I called the front desk to change rooms because of a musty smell. However, the room still smelled of disinfectant. Because I was busy, I didn't have time to change rooms. At night, the toilet was incredibly noisy when I went to the bathroom, and there was a constant flushing noise. I don't know what was making noise from the right side of the window, probably because it's near the street. The room I changed to wasn't as good as the original one, and all the cabinets smelled musty when opened. I can't stand it! I hate this hotel! The bathroom curtain was also difficult to open… Absolutely terrible! The water was also awful; I don't know what it was. I'm angry, tired, and sleepy. I will definitely not stay at your hotel again! I gave you this rating with a very angry feeling.

I needed to take an exam in Lanzhou a few days ago. After repeated comparisons, I chose Binyue Hotel. The check-in went smoothly. The store was very friendly. Because of a small mistake, I made the wrong room type. The store let me choose a more suitable and better room type for free. The room was overall clean and tidy, and the store had a good service attitude. I was in a hurry to leave Lanzhou after the exam, and accidentally left two ties behind. After contacting the store, I immediately sent them to the address I sent. What touched me was that the store declined the postage I transferred and did not take a penny. If you come to Lanzhou for travel or business, I fully recommend Lanzhou Binyue Hotel. It is absolutely great value for money and will satisfy you.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and even brought us two extra bottles of water and some fruit in the evening. At checkout, they gave us complimentary local specialties, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The room is clean and tidy, and there are many restaurants downstairs. I especially ate a bowl of beef ramen, which was absolutely delicious 🌺🌺 hahaha! The reception at the front desk was also good.
