When taking the guestroom - single occupant you get a whole room for yourself (small, but your own). Not the normal hostel style and basically it is like a hotel room. Just a bit smaller and shared bathroom / showers.
Truly a hidden gem (see the entrance photo).
Not to forget, great location! Right next to the Yellow River Bridge! Ans next to Xiguan metro, just a few stops from West Railway on line 1, which is perfect if coming from the airport.

The exam was booked. It was very close to the Railway Technician College. It was the front desk of the hotel from the bar and pointed us to how to get to the examination room. This detail was very moving. The room was very warm and clean. It was very clean but the room did not have any smell. Maybe it’s because you have to take the exam. It’s a bit noisy during the day, but it doesn’t affect the rest and sleep at night. It’s still acceptable. The next day, you can also store your luggage for free at the bar. Because of the high-speed rail in the evening, I went to the nearby Lanzhou Old Street to play around. When I catch the high-speed rail, I also walked very close for a while and arrived at the high-speed rail station. A good stay.

The first time I stayed in the Youth Hostel, it was the first time I lived in the space capsule. The experience was excellent. The little brother at the front desk was super gentle and patient and explained in detail. The roommates were also very polite. In short, it was very comfortable for one night. The location is very easy to find. Just walk straight to the opposite road after exiting the train station. When you are near the intersection, there will be a large sign that is quite conspicuous

GGuest UserClean and tidy, self-driving Xinjiang to and from Lanzhou are all staying in this hotel, close to the highway. There was no price increase on National Day. And the boss was very enthusiastic, and he gave us an ice cream watermelon on the return trip, with thin juice. Thank you!

GGuest UserAmazing experience. The staff is really helpful and they gave me good tips what to do and eat in Lanzhou. They also spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They helped me to deliver a package without questions. It is close to a metro station and west railway station. Really good restaurants just around the corner. The common areas are really nice. GGuest UserBecause it was late to get to Zhongchuan Airport by plane, I chose this hotel that provides pick-up and drop-off service. When you come out of the airport, you will call the hotel owner. After a while, the boss will drive to pick you up. It is very convenient. The hotel is about ten kilometers away from the airport and is close. It will take a while to get to the hotel. The hotel is on the fourth floor and there is a direct elevator, which is very convenient. The room arranged by the hotel for me is relatively large, clean and tidy, the only downside is that there are no windows. In addition, there is no restaurant near the hotel, you need to go to the opposite side of the hotel to eat breakfast or dinner. If you catch the plane the next day, the hotel owner also provides a drop-off service. If you need a pick-up service, choosing this hotel is quite good and very convenient.

This is really good. I lived in a room without air conditioning before. I can’t sleep directly, and the owner of that store does not provide paper towels and free disposable supplies. I really serve it. It’s very inconvenient to live. The owner of this store is thoughtful, the details are in place, and the location of the room is good. There are many homestays and youth hostels nearby. Personally feel that this one is better, the location is good, the room type is good, the boss is good to talk, it is recommended that people come to stay, especially the boss, the people are really good.

The bedding is not changed for each guest, and the hair and other use marks are obvious. The toilet seat is not cleaned by each guest, and the flowing water can easily puke out mud. The hotel downstairs started noisy before 7 o'clock in the morning, and the fume noise was double-handed. There are many chain hotels in the same price within 1 km, so stay cautious.
