The room is very new, spacious and bright. It’s my first time to stay in Lanzhou. It’s a cheap, innovative and fashionable hotel. The owner is very nice and I can feel the hospitality of the people of Lanzhou. The transportation is also very convenient. Airport bus line 3 goes to the hotel and it’s only 1 km away by taxi. There is Shen'an Bridge South Subway Station downstairs, which is very convenient for direct access to downtown Lanzhou. I initially booked an ordinary king bed and the owner was very nice and gave me the best room type. Thank you very much for coming again when you have the opportunity. Opposite the hotel is Wanda Mall, a very large shopping mall. Food, drinks and entertainment are all available. I wish the boss a prosperous business.

It's a long way to go to the underground parking lot. It's on the 4th floor of a square building. The 2nd floor is a KTV. Living on the 3rd floor still has some impact. I didn't hear any noise from the 4th floor. The room was new and had a strong wood smell😢 Independent air conditioning, projector, relatively simple, but there are no extra pillows, which is very unfriendly to me who always use two pillows. I asked the hotel to tell me that there are no extra pillows. It is rare for a hotel to not even have an extra pillow. If the water is severe, the toilet will have water flowing😞

My colleague and I were on a business trip for a week. I have been in Lanzhou Chuya e-sports in Gansu in the past few days. I have lived for a week. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The reception was warm and thoughtful. The check-in procedure was very fast. I felt at home. The room was clean and tidy. The computer network speed was also fast. The environment is clean and well equipped.
Checked in the night before, and when I had not checked out the next morning, the hotel staff knocked on the door and took the room card to open the door directly. Later, the manager apologized and refunded half of the room fee, but did not refund it.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is near the train station, which is very convenient if you change trains. The rooms on the side near the main road are noisy, but the side facing the community is quiet. The hotel service is very good. The actual usable area of the room is 22 square meters, and the floor height is 2.5 meters. The bathroom floor drain smelled bad, and there were a lot of small flying insects flying out of the floor drain. The bath water is very flush and the floor drain drains quickly. There are screens outside the windows, which can be opened for ventilation to prevent mosquitoes and flies.

GGuest UserBecause it was late to get to Zhongchuan Airport by plane, I chose this hotel that provides pick-up and drop-off service. When you come out of the airport, you will call the hotel owner. After a while, the boss will drive to pick you up. It is very convenient. The hotel is about ten kilometers away from the airport and is close. It will take a while to get to the hotel. The hotel is on the fourth floor and there is a direct elevator, which is very convenient. The room arranged by the hotel for me is relatively large, clean and tidy, the only downside is that there are no windows. In addition, there is no restaurant near the hotel, you need to go to the opposite side of the hotel to eat breakfast or dinner. If you catch the plane the next day, the hotel owner also provides a drop-off service. If you need a pick-up service, choosing this hotel is quite good and very convenient.
