EEducondadoI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had issues in another city so I had to go back to Lanzhou and I made my reservation in the last minute for just one night and the staff were very, very helpful! This was the best hotel we've stayed so far in this trip to China, everything was very clean and new, spotless! The breakfast was very good as well and It is very close to the airport. I want to point one specific staff member that was very helpful, and her name is Cassy, she understood how tired we were after all unexpected events during the course of this day, It was late in the night when we arrived and she always had solutions to help us, she even gave me some tips to what to do in Lanzhou and made updates and answered any doubt I had, she also secured a late check out so we could have more time do rest., Even when she seemed very busy she was able to make time to help us. . I feel so much gratitude for her and the staff. Thanks!

GGuest UserMy stay here exceeded expectations! The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the Yellow River, offering expansive views. I could enjoy the magnificent river scenery right from my bed. The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining. The breakfast had a wide variety, including authentic local specialties. Overall, the service, environment, and hygiene were all top-notch. If you're coming to Lanzhou, this place is definitely my first choice – highly recommended!

FFionafanttThe room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

WWWYy997First of all, this hotel has a good location, very close to the railway station and commercial areas. The hotel environment and room layout are very suitable for business trips. The sound insulation between rooms is very good. It is on a high floor and completely isolated from the outside noise. It is very friendly to people like me who prefer a quiet environment. The breakfast buffet is also very rich. I am also very grateful to the front desk staff of 049 Wang Zhiyuan for his attentive service. I will come again next time.

Staff member Zhang Meng patiently assisted with the check-in process, thoroughly explaining the afternoon tea and breakfast/dinner times, and even noted these times on the room card holder. This meticulous and thoughtful service was truly heartwarming. Other front desk staff, the concierge, and the parking attendants were equally attentive. Service response was also very prompt. We truly felt like honored guests. Facilities: The executive room is located high above, offering expansive views. The room is spacious, featuring smart appliances and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The linens were clean and odorless. Dining Experience: The executive lounge's afternoon tea was exquisite and offered panoramic views. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, perfectly balanced for nutrition. The beef noodles, especially, were freshly pulled and cooked, with an authentic taste that was unforgettable.

The in-room office facilities are complete, and the internet signal is stable with fast speeds, making it very convenient for handling work. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.
