Lanzhou Hotels with balcony

The service was incredibly welcoming. We had a lot of luggage, and they proactively helped us with it, always with a smile – full marks! As for the hotel environment, it's also very good, and the bedding quality was impressive. Really great, highly recommend!

The facilities are very complete, air-conditioning washing machines are available, it is very convenient to stay on business trips, the room is very clean, downstairs is Yonghui Supermarket Shopping Mall, shopping and eating downstairs, the transportation is also convenient, recommend friends ～

The hotel appears to be part of a group of hotels operating apartments, partitioned into rooms, with a single reception office. The location is excellent, next to Tumendun subway station, and one stop from Lanzhou West railway station. The room is clean. However, they only provide small paper cups and no kettle ! There’s a common water dispenser outside the room in the apartment, but it was inconvenient. The wash basin has the tap inconveniently placed behind and under the basin. The heater for the shower is unreliable. Most of the time, the water was cold!

I was really satisfied with a stay, the overall quality of the hotel far exceeds other stores at the same price. The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and it is very convenient to travel by taxi. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the corner details were cleaned very clean, there was no smell in the room, and the whole was clean and refreshing. The mattress pillows are moderately firm and soft, the rest quality is particularly good, the sound insulation is very good, and the night is completely undisturbed. The infrastructure is perfect, hot water is supplied 24 hours a day, and the network speed is smooth and not stuck. The staff is gentle and kind, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, the work is serious and responsible, the price is affordable and close to the people, and the living is comfortable and at ease. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

TQ to their Manager Mr Su for being so kind and accommodating to our requests for changing our room to a non smoking smell room. We booked a Non Smoking but unfortunately, their local Mainland Chinese seems to ignore the No Smoking policy despite having posters all around the hotel. This hotel serves us very well for both the Price and Location as we wanted to be near that the Mosque, Metro and also Halal food Daily breakfast is good and very cost indeed. It's being manned by a lady who cook, serves and clean the place as well TQ to this hotel and hopefully we may be back again.

It is very suitable for high-speed rail travel. The location is very good. The bus station is on the left when you go out, the Xiguan subway station on the right, opposite the Asia-Europe Shopping Mall, diagonally opposite the Asia Restaurant, Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street downstairs, and about 200 meters away from Dazhong Lane and Zhongshan Bridge. The hotel is newly renovated, the style is very good, the housekeeper is very serious

The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, clean and tidy, the service is enthusiastic, the boss and his wife are warm and thoughtful, and they introduced the surrounding attractions and restaurants. The courtyard feels like home and is comfortable.

Generally satisfied, but foreigners' accommodation is not very recommended. Since it is a general condominium, the entrance to the site is difficult to understand, and the entrance door of the building cannot be opened without a pass code except for one place. I didn't know where to check in, and when I went to room 3304, which was described only in the Trip.com app, a man who contacted the owner came out and managed to meet the owner. It is salvation that the owner was a very good person. The room was on the top floor and the view was very good. However, there is no air conditioner described in the equipment, and I think it will be a lot hot during the summer day. The private room, bus and toilet are not very clean, but I felt it was reasonable considering the price. Overall, I don't think it's particularly bad except check-in compared to hotels in the same price range. The bus stop is almost in front of you and can walk to Lanzhou West Station. Restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby, and it is a very good location if you use Lanzhou West Station.
