GGuest UserThe location is great, with plenty of food options nearby. Though, comparing Lanzhou to Hangzhou, I'm really not sure which city deserves the 'food desert' label.
The breakfast was plentiful and tasted pretty good. For example, the croissants were very crispy, the toast was nice, and the congee and side dishes were decent.
Being on a very high floor, the views were excellent, offering a panoramic overlook of Lanzhou city. There's also a window ledge, and the lounge chair was very comfortable.
There's a parking lot, so parking was convenient.
The room facilities were okay. But I do have a few suggestions:
The minibar was really pathetic: one Pepsi (why not Coke?), one dark beer (no bottle opener, so I had no idea how to open it), and one small bottle of mineral water (very confusing). This is probably a brand identity issue, not related to the specific hotel.
The central air conditioning couldn't adjust the temperature. Visiting in March, I was uncomfortably warm. The room service said there was no fan, so the only solution was to turn off the lights and open the window for 10 minutes to let some air in (but I was worried about bugs if I left it open). This is just a temporary fix; after closing the window, it got hot again.
Could you please add a switch for the smart toilet? I'd like to turn off the spray function; it sprays every time you sit down.
Overall, I still highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThe room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

YYixiaotianlanccI came here for a self-driving tour. The hotel room is spacious and clean, the facilities and functions in the room are clearly divided, and it is very comfortable to live in. The breakfast provided is also quite satisfactory. I like their mixed cold dishes. There is free parking at the door. There are many playground projects in front of the door, which is suitable for bringing children to play. The food street of Zhongchuan Town is right in front, which is very convenient.

This stay near Lanzhou Jiaotong University was an absolute delight!
First, the location is incredibly convenient. Getting around and finding restaurants and shopping nearby is a breeze – no need to worry about directions at all. Even more surprising was the service, especially from Aunt Yang, who was a true angel on my trip! She was incredibly friendly during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. When I was a bit rushed at check-out, Aunt Yang thoughtfully helped me arrange a late check-out, relieving my worries.
From check-in to departure, every detail made me feel warm and at ease. This kind of thoughtful, ”going the extra mile” service is truly rare. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

However, although the upgraded room had good lighting, it was a bit noisy at night because it was close to the roadside. Although I could sleep well, I asked the front desk the next day. The young lady helped me change a room that was not close to the roadside. The young lady at the front desk also changed it for me quickly. Thank you very much! The hotel includes breakfast, which is rich in variety. You can also take it back to your room to eat. My friends and I were very full! tasty!
