"The hotel has an excellent location. It is close to the subway station and also near the night market. Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River are both within easy walking distance. The facilities are completely new, and everything from the bed and bedding to all amenities was in excellent condition. The gym was also very good, and the overall quality of the hotel was impressive, including complimentary food and other services. However, the only downside is that the staff do not speak any English at all. Despite being a fairly large hotel, they couldn’t understand even the most basic English words. Except for that issue, overall it is a very good hotel."

"作為5.24本次蘭馬的官方媒體攝影，外地首次來蘭就被蘭州的熱情給深深打動，終於明白為什麼在蘭州熱情“蘭不住”，酒店的位置位於蘭州最中心的位置東方紅廣場，地鐵站距離800米左右，一百米附近就是蘭州老牌夜市南關夜市，入住酒店，當時房間還沒有打掃出來酒店主動幫我寄存行李並加急打掃，我剛出去轉一圈不到20分鐘房間就打掃完畢了，非常效率且打掃完後還會細心通知，酒店得知我是媒體攝影工作人員，主動免費延遲退房四個小時，讓我們能夠好好的休息，酒店的床墊是零壓的休息深度睡眠，打掃的也是細緻入微，酒店內設有機器人，外賣可以通過機器人送上來，另外電梯設有梯控安全係數拉滿，真的非常感謝酒店，感謝蘭州，感謝熱情的蘭州人民，蘭州再見，期待下一次來蘭州！"
