Lovely to stayed in this beautiful hotel.My room was gorgeous,big and very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and excellent.The all staff were very friendly,welcoming and helpful specially to Anthony and Marco also one lady half Filipina half Australia (sorry forgot her name) they are all lovely. I can’t wait to visit again here. Great location as well.I highly recommend this hotel."

"I had a really pleasant stay at the Britannia Hotel in Edinburgh with my fiancée. The location was one of the biggest highlights — it’s very accessible to major attractions, especially Dean Village, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
The breakfast was great with a good variety of options, and it was a perfect start to our mornings. The food overall was satisfying and well-prepared.
The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities required for a relaxing stay.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A great choice for anyone looking for a convenient location, good food, and welcoming service in Edinburgh."

"Definitely worth the slight awkwardness of crawling into capsule-pod from foot end for greater privacy (curtain, individual light, useful narrow shelf) and quieter night's sleep, and the bathroom has adequate facilities – toilet, two each of basins and well-designed shower cubicles – for up to eight (two four-bed rooms): a bargain in comparison with usual central Edinburgh prices… and, if not using the well-equipped kitchen, the back entrance to a Wetherspoon pub is next door, barely a dozen steps away!"

"Amazing stay experience at the Ten Hill Place Hotel. I was on a trip with my mother. The staff here made our stay, checking in & out and the whole experience very easy and smooth. We did have some issues in our bathroom which was dealt with promptly by their staff. The place is very conveniently located near the center with major attractions just walks away like the royal mile, victoria street, princes street, castle and the scott monument. If you wish to travel by bus there is a bus stop just 2 mins away as well. We found lidl, sainsbury and some affordable food options just near the hotel. Although the hotel also offers their restaurant with amazing food. Our room had scenic mountain & city landscape views. Overall a very beautiful and convenient stay for people travelling or looking to explore Edinburgh. Highly recommend!!"

"An extremely comfortable and pleasant room to stay. What I liked most: a big bed, carpeting, long couch, many sockets, tea set, many towels and hygiene supplies, thermostat, big windows. However, there was one thing I didn't really get - the shower unit is not supposed to be closed completely. It's like half open and that is why some water can splash to the bathroom floor.
The location is pretty good, it is not in the very centre but you can easily walk there in about 15 minutes.
The breakfast was excellent, it had traditional notes but still homelike, very delicious, and the selection was vast.
And after all, the price was acceptable, so I can strongly recommend the hotel:)"

However, there is no elevator, and the toilet and bathroom are located in the hallway. The front desk service is not very friendly to Chinese guests.
