I stayed at the Adelphi Hotel on a recent trip to Edinburgh. It's definitely a budget-friendly option, which was perfect for me. The room itself was clean and functional. The bed was comfy, there was a flat-screen TV to unwind with, and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. Heads up, there's no breakfast offered at the hotel. I grabbed food at a nearby cafe each morning, which wasn't a problem, but be sure to factor that extra cost into your budget. The room was a little on the small side, and I heard some noise from outside at times. It's not a fancy hotel, and there aren't any amenities beyond free Wi-Fi. The location, however, was fantastic. It's just a short walk from the tram stop, and most of Edinburgh's attractions were within a 10-15 minute drive. There's even free parking on-site, which is a major plus in the city. Overall, the Adelphi Hotel was a decent choice for my short stay. It's perfect if you're on a budget and don't mind a basic room without frills. Just be prepared to find breakfast elsewhere and manage your expectations.

The transportation is convenient, the city center, there are many restaurants nearby, the room is clean and heated, there is all kinds of coffee and tea, the window has beautiful scenery, the room is comfortable and clean, it is worth recommending

I was a little concerned that the bathroom was a little dirty, but the bedding and other amenities were very clean. The stairs are a little steep, so it may be a little difficult if you have a large suitcase. However, it is excellent value for money and is close to a tram stop, so I highly recommend it.

A great B&B hotel. The appearance is very low-key, the staff in the store is very enthusiastic, saying that this is a 300-year-old Georgian townhouse. The decoration style is really that taste, the building is also very quiet, the living is very comfortable, the breakfast is also very delicious, there are many buses to the downtown area, and there is a seat at the entrance of the hotel.

The breakfast is very good, a typical English breakfast, but not a buffet, but a la carte service (there are several options for you to choose, such as coffee or black tea? Scrambled eggs or quiche? etc.). I live in a single room on the third floor. The room is relatively small and cannot accommodate an extra bed. The room is just big enough for one person, with a small bathroom attached. The landlord has strict requirements on the check-in time. If you arrive late, it is best to inform the landlord of the exact time of your arrival in advance, and the landlord will tell you the password to get the key, otherwise there is a risk of not getting the key. The hotel is located in the south of Edinburgh, far away from the city center, about 20 minutes to half an hour walk, but there are buses. It is better if you live alone.

The room is clean and spacious with heating. I communicated with the hotel by email about luggage storage in advance. The hotel responded very promptly and effectively. It is very quiet and 20 minutes walk from the train station. Good value for money. Our room is marked as having no window but has a skylight! Very interesting.

The family room is suitable for a small child, and it is convenient to travel. Bus 11 goes to Prince Street and walks for 25 minutes. We took the children to walk two miles, the bus was two squats, and it was ok to walk around while the bus did not change. Indian butler, health is still satisfactory, service attitude is also good, there is a small yard. After all, I spend most of my time playing outside, and I sleep for one night. There is no need to ask too much. To say something dissatisfied, the bed is too soft!
