First of all, I want to thank the staff. His service attitude is very good. He almost replied to messages in seconds. He also tried his best to meet our needs. The sanitation of the room is also good. Shampoo and shower gel are provided, and there is a bathtub🛁. Everything is satisfactory, except that the location is on the street. When the car drives by, there will be some noise. You may need to wear earplugs to ensure the quality of sleep. But the price is cheap, I am very satisfied

The breakfast is really great, even better than a hotel's, I ate so much every day, haha! 😂 Housekeeping isn't daily; they clean if you stay over a week. You need to bring all your own toiletries. For the single rooms, there are quite a few shared bathrooms, usually two or three rooms sharing one. Once you get used to it, showering and using the toilet aren't an issue. The free luggage storage is also a nice touch. Overall, it's excellent value for money!

This is a very interesting hotel in a converted church, the staff are very nice, friendly and attentive. Because it is a historical building, there is no way to remodel it. The rooms are still relatively large. There are collective kitchens, movie rooms, and few single rooms, so it is more convenient to wash in the public bathroom. It's still fun to feel the unique atmosphere.

I would describe the twin lions hotel more of a b & b. It was very basic. It was only a 10min walk to murrayfield and they don't double / triple there price on match days.

We had a great stay at Sakura Guest House. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Edinburgh, and I’d happily stay here again.

I loved the location as I had access to the park for the children and to the shop. I loved that the room had enough beds for all of us (5 people). I would have appreciated if we could get plates, as we came with food. It was great the room had a microwave. There was plumbing issues that delayed our shower time. But stay was good.
