Amazing
TTuantuantuanzizhuThe hotel is located not far from the throne of Arthur and is a historic manor. There is its own beautiful lawn and Scottish Highland cattle to take pictures. The decoration in the hotel is beautiful, very careful, and they are all historical relics. The fly in the ointment is that the room is small, but the bed is very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant is also a well-rated English restaurant. You can try it.
HHafirunisaTraveled with my wife and our 10-year-old kid. The location was superb, right in the heart of town—near Scott Monument and directly in front of Victoria Garden.
The hospitality was top-notch, especially in the F&B department. A waitress from Asia (likely Nepal) was exceptionally professional and friendly.
An amazing place to stay with family & friends—highly recommended!

Great
GGuest UserGetting a one-bedroom apartment right by the Royal Mile in Edinburgh in August at this price? What an absolute steal! It's also super close to the train station – the location couldn't be more perfect. This was hands down the best hotel of my entire UK trip. My only minor gripe was the price, but honestly, it was worth every penny. The apartment even came with a washing machine and a full kitchen, which is ideal for longer stays. Just a tip: if you plan to use the washing machine, remember to bring your own detergent, as it's not supplied in the room. The hotel service was outstanding. The staff proactively helped with luggage, which is a massive relief because Edinburgh has a lot of stairs, and getting from the front desk to your room can be quite a trek. This thoughtful service truly made a difference.

Great
OOllieSmithLovely hotel with a really nice vibe. Beds are so comfy. Nice showers and luxury toiletries. Great amenities with snacks, coffee machine, local filter coffee etc in room.
Staff are great and very friendly. Happy hour from 5 to 6pm with free drinks in the bar. Lovely coffee from the conservatory bar. Great selection at breakfast.
All the staff are what makes the hotel so good. Really positive attitudes and always friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good
LLIZ LEUNG LUMSDENthe hotel is centrally located and walkable to all major site, it is attached to the only shopping mall in downtown so it is really convenient. the architectural design of the hotel is unique and stands out amongst historical buildings around, and very photogenic. However I have stayed in many W hotels around the world and I found this one interior qualities not up to par with the others, the decor and material of my room is cheap and not special, the toilet is so small and cramp, the vanity and sink is around 60cm and single sink, very tight to even get dry and undress. the room is dark with very small window, i think i stay in the back wing. Though the beds as usual are very comfortable. the hotel doesnt have much amenities there is no pool, entry lobby is very small [relatively], only one restaurant double as breakfast cafe and at night a japanese chain restaurant. two things also stands out. i do not recalled the last time i go in the hotel and there is a long line for check in which happens this time, there were at least 3 ppl in front and after me. and it takes a bit of time although the staff were very kind. also lines both nights when going to the bar, huge line on saturday, at least 12 ppl jammed in the lift lobby. I also noticed that there are not any native english speaking staff, not at the check in, nor maitre d at the bar nor the room service phone reception. we had a good stay but def a few things that stood out.
