"Arrived at property same time as another guest and he phoned owner who gave us code to get in and let us know we’re to get keys for room. Room was lovely with tea and coffee facilities and comfy bed. Bathroom sink was blocked. Overall nice accommodation and close to bus stop for town."

"Very nice place, clean and well presented, lovely breakfast included with a nice price which doesn't break your bank. Lovely host. Lots restaurant, bars and shops around, but no far at all from Princess Street Town Centre if you want discover the Old Edinburgh. Just a good all around Guest House with Breakfast in a fantastic location. Will be back for sure."
