Cheapest room and the room is best and also room is fully clean and the fully amenities is available

Taking the Tram from Edinburgh Airport, I got off at Picardy Place and the hotel was right across the street. The location is decent; it's about a 10-minute walk uphill to Waverley Train Station. There's a Tesco right next to the hotel and a large shopping center about 200 meters away. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. I stayed in a top-floor room, which was just so-so (see pictures). A plus was the Type C charging port next to the bed, very convenient. The downside, at least in my room, was a sporadic vibrating noise during the day. It stopped at night, and I'm not sure what it was, especially since my room was far from the elevators. Speaking of which, there are two elevators, but only one serves the 6th floor. Breakfast was as pictured; the same items for both days, no variety. There was a kettle in the room. I was able to check in about half an hour early, which was nice.

Except that it's hard to find, there is a very small doorway, you can't see it carefully, and there is nothing wrong with it. There is no reception, just contact the administrator through the small phone at the door, and he will tell you your apartment number and entry code. It is very close to Calton Hill, and all major attractions in Edinburgh can be visited on legs except for the Arthur’s Crown.

Booked a 5 day stay at this location. Check-in process was easy. Hotel representative was very helpful. Location wise, easy to find even for 1st time visitors. Easy access to most of the transportation from this location. Rooms are clean & maintained well. Basic amenities & services are good. Please keep in mind that you get what you paid for. For a great value, the condition (good condition) of the hotel will reflect what you pay. And for the value that we paid, I'm satisfied with the hotel. Good location with a bus stop & supermarket within 2 minutes walking. Easy to get into old town or going to Leith beach. Only drawback to our stay was that our room, room 5, had its bathroom OUTSIDE the room. To access it, you walk out of the room, through the hallway, past room 4 & then enter your bathroom. Got annoying after the first night when I’m fumbling around in the middle of the night for the bathroom key. All in all, good location, reasonable price.

Everything was great except for the price. I happened to check the price on the day of my stay when I was looking for service, and it was 50% cheaper than when I booked it. Over 500, my heart aches. International hotels usually have a strict no-cancellation policy a few days before arrival. Well, you win some, you lose some.

Very good living choice, very close to the train station, there are two small supermarkets next door, the supporting kitchen facilities are very complete, convenient for cooking, the service staff can also be very good, you can also store your luggage for free, the only regret is that you will check out at 10 am

Hotel hygiene is good, the room is not small

The room is small but the sanitary conditions can also be simpler. The equipment can meet the needs. The traffic is very convenient. The subway is two minutes away. The breakfast is still rich. The typical experience hotel. Cost-effective

We stayed at Beaverhall Apartments for one night as a family and had a great experience. The apartment was surprisingly spacious for the UK, with enough beds for everyone, including an extra bed, and they were all very comfortable. The private bathroom was modern and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. Check-in was also quick and easy. The location isn't right in the city centre, but getting around was very easy thanks to the good public transport, and Uber was affordable as well. The only small downside was that the air inside the apartment felt a bit stale when we arrived, and the rooms could have benefited from better ventilation. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It offers excellent value for money and is especially suitable for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Edinburgh.
