Because I rarely book through Ctrip, I didn't know refunds were possible. I ordered a family deluxe suite with a good view. The room I went to was terrible. I went to the front desk, and they changed it for me. It was a little bigger than the previous room, but still completely different from what I expected. When I went up, the carpet, cabinet doors, and sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in ages; there was blood on them, the floor was covered in dust, and the showerhead was practically useless. The toilet was awful. I don't even want to talk about it anymore. I'm speechless. 😓"

"I chose this place because it's incredibly close to Exit C2 of Youhao Square Metro Station, probably just over 100 meters away. It's tough to get a taxi in Dalian, and there are no shared bikes, so I ended up taking the subway back many times. That made the location my top priority. Secondly, the room was spacious, clean, tidy, and very stylish. I loved the layout. My child loves bathtubs, so I opted for a king room, and soaking in the tub was truly relaxing. This place is exceptionally modern; robots deliver food and other items. Food deliveries can't enter the elevator, which adds to the security. Every guest has a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service, including recommendations for attractions and food. It's also close to Zhongshan Square, so I often walked there to find something to eat. All in all, I stayed for four nights, ate well, slept well, found it convenient for getting around, and the service was thoughtful. I'll definitely be back!"

Ms. Carrie from Guest Experience provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. Her professional, sincere, and thoughtful approach made our trip even better, and she even helped us with a room upgrade. From dinner to room service, every staff member was dedicated and highly competent. My only personal suggestion is regarding breakfast: we opted not to dine there this time because the offerings didn't seem particularly unique, and there was a significant queue. Therefore, we decided to skip the Four Seasons breakfast this time. Finally, I wish the Four Seasons continued success and prosperity."

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you would expect from a high-end hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection of quality options. Overall, a wonderful experience in Dalian. The combination of great service, comfortable rooms, and beautiful views made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!"

"During my stay, I wasn't feeling very well. The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian."

"The room size was quite generous, and the bedding and bathroom hygiene were decent. However, there were large, unsightly stains on the carpet that probably couldn't be cleaned, which was a real turn-off. The view was good, and it was close to the beach, perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset. Here's where the problems started. We checked in on Friday and were due to check out on Sunday. We left the hotel at 3 AM on Sunday to watch the sunrise and returned around 5 AM to get some rest. But then, starting at 9 AM, staff members repeatedly knocked on our door, even opening it despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. About ten minutes later, someone else knocked again. To top it off, we received a call on the landline that rang a few times and then hung up. We couldn't get any extra sleep and ended up feeling groggy for the rest of the day until check-out at noon. When I checked in, the front desk staff asked for my Hilton Honors number, promising a complimentary fruit platter. We never saw that fruit platter even by the time we left. It's not about the value of the fruit, but why offer it if you have no intention of delivering? On the day we checked in, a staff member even called to ask if I was satisfied with the room. I had just entered, how would I know if I was satisfied yet? Interestingly, no one bothered to ask if I was satisfied when we were leaving. Overall, the experience wasn't great, but the hotel's location and the room itself were quite good."

After checking in, I found that the executive lounge was still closed. The alternative was to go to the Chinese restaurant, which I didn't try so I can't comment on it. The welcome fruit included Dalian cherries, which were very sweet. It's been almost seven months since I last stayed at this hotel. This time, I unexpectedly discovered they've added a public washing machine, and the toiletries brand has also changed. Overall, good review."
