"First stop on our Dalian trip, this hotel is in the heart of the central square, making it super convenient to get to all the nearby attractions. Transportation: Extremely convenient, only a 5-minute walk to the subway – a real lifesaver! It's also very close to Central Square, Venice Water Town, Tiger Beach Park, and Sea Rhyme Park. Room: The twin room was very comfortable, and the beds were quite large, perfect for an adult and child. The bathroom was also spacious. Service: Check-in at the front desk was seamless, and they even accommodated our request for an early check-in at 9 AM and helped us with breakfast. Breakfast: Excellent value for money with a great variety of choices. Although seating was a bit limited, there were always available spots, and the dining area was quite comfortable."

"The location is super convenient! Downstairs, there's a Lawson convenience store and a highly-rated BBQ restaurant, and right next door is a luxury shopping mall. It's only a 10-minute walk to Zhongshan MRT station, which connects you to all the major attractions. Plus, a taxi to the airport takes just 20 minutes. The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive to all our requests, and the room service lady was very kind. The giant projector screen was a hit – the kids didn't want to leave the room!"
Bayshore Hotel
"The hotel is right by the sea, and you can even see the cross-sea bridge. The room was spacious and clean. When checking in, they said it wasn't a sea-view room, but the window was large with a good view, offering both city and sea views, which was quite nice. The breakfast was also tasty with a good variety. There's also a kids' play area on the first floor for younger children to enjoy for a while. We needed an extra blanket after 10 PM, and even though it was late, they still brought a blanket for a child. Special thanks to Ms. Lin for her warm service."

We felt relaxed and at ease, and had a very pleasant experience."

"Although this hotel is a bit pricey, it offers excellent value for money. The views are fantastic, and it's super close to the beach – you can just walk through the back exit. It’s really convenient for a day of fun by the sea. The hotel's pool is also great, and you can even catch the Xinghai Square light show from the hotel corridors. Nicole, our housekeeper, provided excellent service as well."

"I would have given full rating for service if not for the obnoxious and discriminating treatment shown by a staff at the concierge to my partner when she requested help to repack our luggage today during checkout. The said staff’s name is Mina. My partner probably caught her when she was busy but she showed us a very irritable face when we requested to borrow tape and a pair of scissors. When another customer came by to request her help, she showed a very pleasant disposition. I would very rarely write a review to call someone out, since I run a business as well, but Mina’s behaviour demonstrated a lack of respect and courtesy, traits which are fundamental but critical in the service line. I do not need to emphasize the importance of the concierge desk in a hotel, so I was quite appalled. I hope management could look into this matter and strengthen training of the hotel’s front line staff. That said, I do have strong praises for Mr Benson Bao (West Restaurant Manager). The level of his customer service and promptness was impeccable, and I believe is more likely the qualities of Furama Hotel. I hate to include my raving review for Mr Bao under this consolidated review since this is very distracting. Again, job well done, Mr Bao!"

"The concierge, Maggie, provided excellent service. She arranged our rooms on the same floor, and even though we were resting, she contacted us via WeChat as soon as the rooms were ready. Tom delivered our luggage very quickly. Overall, the hotel service was very attentive, and the facilities were complete. The room was cleaned well every day. We were very satisfied with the overall stay at Conrad Dalian."
Dalian Jinbo Rui Hotel
"The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to get around. It's surrounded by food areas, and the room having a washing machine was a big plus. However, the soundproofing isn't good; I could hear conversations from the hallway and next door. Also, the water pressure and temperature were unstable, with the water suddenly turning very hot after being adjusted. If you order takeout, there's no delivery robot, so you have to go down to the first-floor counter to pick it up, which was a bit inconvenient."

Their service was professional and thorough, which greatly relieved my travel fatigue."

"I deeply regret booking this hotel. For our four nights in Dalian during the National Day holiday, this hotel had the highest price gouging. The 'sea view room' only offered a distant glimpse of the ocean, incomparable to the sea view rooms at Conrad Dalian East Harbor. The breakfast wasn't plentiful enough either. If any friends ask, I'll definitely tell them not to choose this hotel."

Staying at the Jian Tong Hotel in Dalian 🏨, surrounded by the interplay of light and shadow in its Neo-Chinese aesthetic, listening to the sea breeze and the sounds of seagulls 🌊 was incredibly pleasant. Time seemed to slow down here. The service was exceptionally attentive, with even some delightful surprises. Unexpectedly, after a long day of sightseeing, I even received a traditional Chinese herbal moxibustion treatment – such a thoughtful touch!"
