GGuest UserWe chose the Hilton Jinshitan for our kids' spring break, and the location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Discoveryland, and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach. If you prefer to stay put, there's plenty of sand for digging right by the hotel. The hotel's own playground and pool kept the kids entertained for hours. It's a great choice for a relaxing, slow-paced vacation.

Hhrk0410I visited with my children for a hot spring trip. It was very cold outside, but as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it felt incredibly warm. Ms. LIA was truly wonderful. She arranged a comfortable, child-friendly room for us and promptly delivered all the necessities we requested. Since it was our first time here and we weren't familiar with the area, she also recommended some fantastic restaurants near Gastein, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The hot springs were so relaxing and warming, and the breakfast was excellent too. This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again. Thank you so much!

FFengkuangdejiqimiaoThe room facilities are quite good, and there's a smart toilet. However, the outlets on both sides of the bed in the suite bedroom are very loose. Even after having engineering come to fix them once, chargers still sometimes fall out when plugged in. If the air conditioning is on high fan speed, it makes a rattling noise, which is a bit disruptive to sleep, especially at night. During the off-season, the lounge is located in the lobby bar. Afternoon tea is set menu style and the quality is just okay. The evening service is also in the lobby bar, but one evening when I went, it was already roped off with no staff around. I had to call the front desk to get someone to come. I'm not sure if the lobby bar staff are aware that the executive lounge benefits have moved there, it's confusing. Dinner is also a set menu, with the menu changing and offering both noodles and rice – generally simple meals.

GGuest UserI stayed in Dalian for 3 nights. The first night was in Dalian city, and the second and third nights were in Jinshitan. I stayed at 3 different hotels, and I honestly think the Hard Rock Hotel deserves a great review. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and very meticulous, and check-in was exceptionally fast. Then, a staff member named 'Yi Yang Qian Xi' (a playful reference to a celebrity, likely implying excellent service) helped carry my luggage to the room, which I found very thoughtful and considerate. Both the hotel's hardware and software aspects left me very satisfied! The key thing is, during the May Day holiday, among hotels in the average price range of 800-1000, the Hard Rock Hotel truly stands out in all aspects. Whether it's the location, the hotel facilities, or the staff's service attitude and professionalism, everything was excellent. This is my genuine review, not a insincere one written to get discounts or gifts, but a true reflection of my stay!

YYemzyThe experience at this hotel was good my daughter was so happy with the Balala fairy room she enjoyed herself so much, and many thanks to **** for checking up on us as we left the hotel, we loved the atmosphere the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the F&B manager went out of his way to make sure that we sat comfortably and we were served exceptionally well, whenever we come back to Dalian for our next vacation this hotel will be definitely be one of our choice among the many hotels that we will book 😀 I enjoyed my stay, and the reception stuff was very warm and friendly, the bed was absolutely comfortable considering the we traveled for well over 16 hours from our city. I definitely had a relaxed night. My husband rested well, and he was at ease.

I booked an Executive Room, which was very comfortable. The general upkeep and attention to service details were impeccable. The Executive Lounge offers an outstanding view, perfect for admiring both the city and sea. Even though the weather wasn't the best these past two days, the lounge's view was still impressive and definitely enhanced my entire stay. I also had the chance to use the Executive Lounge's meeting room, which was quiet, private, and very convenient – highly practical for guests with business needs. I'd especially like to thank Eric Sun Yong from the Concierge team. From check-in to check-out, he was incredibly diligent and meticulous in assisting me with my luggage, providing warm and thoughtful service throughout, which made me feel very much at ease. Sherry and Jimmy at the front desk were also very professional; both check-in and check-out were seamless, especially the efficient and smooth check-out process, which was a great experience. Overall, the InterContinental Dalian COSCO Shipping, whether it's the facilities, the Executive Lounge, business convenience, or the professionalism and service-mindedness of the staff, truly reflects the expected quality and consistent standards of the InterContinental brand. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Dalian.

NNickRZI enjoyed staying in this hotel. 5 stars but reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious and the view outside looked out towards the sea and harbour. They made the beds every morning. I did not eat the breakfast as downstairs and surrounding area had plenty of cheaper options due to being next to many shopping malls. The metro stop is not so far but a little more inconvenient to get to the main train station by walking. Line 2 takes you to the airport in less than 40 minutes for 4RMB. As the metro is nearby you can get to many local tourist places quickly and cheaply. Highly recommend if you want to spend a little more but have close access to get around.
