Amazing! We switched to this hotel last minute from another one in the middle of the night. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the subway station and the beach. There are many restaurants downstairs, offering a wide selection of breakfast and late-night snacks. The room has a window overlooking the building across the street. The room has basic amenities, the mattress is a bit firm, and overall it's quite clean and odor-free, although there were small insects crawling along the walls, possibly due to renovations in nearby buildings. Luggage storage is available free of charge; for cleaning or resupply, simply message the owner.
