The hotel proactively upgraded our room. Although the room facilities were a bit dated, our stay was still excellent. The public areas' greenery was very well maintained, and it's close to the beach. InterContinental Hotel's service is consistently good, a true mark of quality. Our butler, Lia, was professional and attentive, and the handsome gentleman in the lobby helped with our luggage. Both managers who checked us in were incredibly enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast was also quite good.

The service was great! A day before check-in, the staff contacted me to ask about my child's information and provided suitable slippers and other amenities. When we arrived, they quickly arranged for an extra pillow and blanket upon request. They also accommodated our late check-out. Although the facilities are a bit old and the summer premium was high, the balcony sea view was absolutely stunning and left us with wonderful memories. A quick tip: it's best to bring your own hairdryer (the hotel's is quite old) and shower slippers (they only provide disposable ones). If you plan on taking a bath, bring your own large bath liner (you can also order one via delivery once you're at the hotel). The main bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not.

From the reception on the first floor to the sky lobby on the 66th floor for check-in, every staff member was warm and attentive. The room was incredibly spacious, meticulously cleaned, and absolutely spotless. The high-altitude view was breathtaking, offering panoramic ocean views. I could even see the Venetian Water Town right below – the location is super convenient, very close to Xiding and WHERE·WHERE restaurants. Highly recommended!

I always stayed at this hotel for my business trips. This time, I brought my child and didn't hesitate to choose it again. It's a serviced apartment, and the room is huge. It comes with a washing machine and all the kitchen utensils you could need. The living room is super spacious, making it very convenient for working or doing homework, and my child loved it. Downstairs, there's also a billiard room, swimming pool, gym, and a kids' play area. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they're enthusiastic and patient and always resolve any issues promptly. Highly recommended – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

As soon as we arrived at the entrance, the concierge came over to help with our luggage and was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and staying here in Dalian made everything completely hassle-free.

Also, unlike other Crowne Plaza hotels, there were no tissues on the nightstand, which was a bit inconvenient. Regarding the phone, a robot always answered first. I think these calls should go directly to the front desk staff; having to ask to speak to a human every time is quite troublesome. Lastly, there was no pen provided on the desk, which was an oversight. Summary: Overall, it was still good, and the little activity was nice. There were a few minor flaws, but they didn't significantly impact the overall stay. However, I hope the mentioned shortcomings can be improved to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian.
