It was really pleasant to soak in the hot spring and enjoy an iced coffee in the room on a rainy day, especially with Dalian's comfortable weather.
Facilities: The room facilities had a charming, retro feel from an earlier era. While a bit old, they were fairly well-maintained.
Hot Spring Ticket for Two (Single Entry): The hot spring itself was quite good, though the massage services closed a bit early.
Service: Brynn provided attentive and warm service, which definitely enhanced our entire trip.
Breakfast was pretty standard, but the scrambled eggs with shrimp from room service were surprisingly good.

Guest UserI always stayed at this hotel for my business trips. This time, I brought my child and didn't hesitate to choose it again.
It's a serviced apartment, and the room is huge. It comes with a washing machine and all the kitchen utensils you could need. The living room is super spacious, making it very convenient for working or doing homework, and my child loved it. Downstairs, there's also a billiard room, swimming pool, gym, and a kids' play area.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they're enthusiastic and patient and always resolve any issues promptly.
Highly recommended – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Guest UserThe hotel's exterior is magnificent, like a castle. I booked a sea view room, and the ocean view from the window was beautiful. Even though it's by the sea, the room was surprisingly dry; my swimsuit dried completely within a day. I was a bit anxious after reading reviews about long queues for breakfast, but when I got there, I found that before 8 AM, there's usually no queue. Plus, staff members directly seat you and place a reserved sign, which is a nice touch. In some hotels, even if there's no queue when it's busy, not finding a seat and having to wander around with your plate is even more awkward.
Now for the good parts, there are two downsides I hope the hotel can improve. First, the hotel's Chinese restaurant is really expensive, and there's a service charge, but the taste and service were truly underwhelming. I had originally planned to just eat at the hotel every day, but after one meal, I realized it didn't even meet expectations for taste or value for money – it failed on all three counts. Secondly, for a hotel at this price point, charging for a can of Coke and a bottle of juice in the mini-fridge seems unnecessary. Many five-star hotels even offer a full selection of expensive drinks for free, along with complimentary fruit and snacks, but here they charge extra, which comes across as a bit petty.

MuyidataoziHighly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children.
The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy.
The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement.
Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay.
Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful.
Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

Guest UserI stayed at this hotel during my trip to Dalian, and it exceeded my expectations overall. I give it a big thumbs up! The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room was spacious and clean, and it was very quiet at night with the windows closed, ensuring a high quality of rest.
The staff were all very courteous; the concierge helped with luggage, and any issues I reported were addressed quickly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and it was very comfortable to relax at the hotel after a day of activities. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dalian.

GodLikeLanOn a business trip to Dalian, I stayed for one night. I called ahead and casually asked if I could upgrade to a suite, and they readily agreed. After checking in, I found that the executive lounge was still closed. The alternative was to go to the Chinese restaurant, which I didn't try so I can't comment on it. The welcome fruit included Dalian cherries, which were very sweet. It's been almost seven months since I last stayed at this hotel. This time, I unexpectedly discovered they've added a public washing machine, and the toiletries brand has also changed. Overall, good review.

Zhangleguan。The hotel felt new with good facilities, but the management and service came across as a bit petty. Breakfast closed at 10 AM, and around 9:30 AM, right after we sat down, someone came to urge us to get more food. By 10:02 AM, the entire buffet was already packed up. Shouldn't they adjust based on guest flow and leave some options for latecomers? It's quite speechless. Also, the swimming pool reeked of chlorine. The lifeguard was in and out, and guests were spitting heavily into the pool with no one supervising. The spit washed into the pool from the sides. Seriously? I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, and this is what I get? I've stayed at many Wyndham hotels, and this one is truly awful.

The hotel's location is great and very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff are attentive and meticulous, and other staff members actively greet guests. Bottled water is replenished according to the number of guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and parking is also quite convenient.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient! It's close to the Japanese food street, Nanshan Street, and Zhongshan Square. Getting to Xinghai, Donggang, or Lotus Mountain only takes about 20 minutes.
The only slight hassle is that food delivery can only go up to the 8th-floor front desk.
The room itself was really clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, and being on a high floor, the window view was also quite nice.
However, the Japanese restaurant within the hotel wasn't very good. The sashimi rice was quite fishy, and the sea urchin was falling apart.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.
