Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's interior environment was decent, with a 'Xianxia' (fantasy martial arts) theme and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available. The room wasn't huge, but for families traveling with children, you could choose a room with a large and small bed. They also provided kids' toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. Drying clothes wasn't super convenient, but there's a washer-dryer combo, and the front desk staff (both male and female) are happy to help with laundry. It was a bit warm when sleeping; perhaps a thinner duvet could be provided.

The room was quite spacious, and the surroundings were relatively quiet. The sea view room offered a beautiful vista, with trees, green spaces, yachts, buildings, and a cross-sea bridge, making it a more dynamic and interesting sea view than just the horizon. Compared to the Grand Hyatt, it offers better value for money. However, some details don't quite meet five-star standards, such as the lack of a swimming pool. On the plus side, the service attitude was excellent, and Keke from the front desk was particularly understanding and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. If I'm ever staying near Xinghai Square again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. The sea view here is much more varied and less monotonous than a simple sea-and-sky horizon. Xinghai Park is very close by; it was fantastic to spend the morning playing on the beach there, then come back to the room for a shower, make some tea, and just relax while admiring the sea view.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, so I'm definitely giving it a full five-star rating. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The lobby is elegant and clean, and the public areas are well-maintained. My room was meticulously cleaned, had no strange odors, and boasted great natural light and soundproofing. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete and worked perfectly. I especially want to commend Bonnie at the front desk. She handled both check-in and check-out efficiently and smoothly, always with a smile, demonstrating peak professionalism. When I asked about nearby attractions, breakfast times, and various other questions, she answered each one patiently and thoroughly, even proactively offering helpful travel tips. Her perfect balance of attentiveness and professionalism really helped melt away the fatigue of travel. With both excellent facilities and warm, attentive service, this will be my top choice for future trips. I highly recommend it to all travelers!

The cleanliness was exceptional; not a speck of dust in any corner. The towels were all sealed in plastic, which was a huge plus. The front desk staff seemed busy, but it was hard to tell what they were actually busy with. It took an unusually long time to check in, about 20 minutes. One person would ask me a question, then another, then a third, and then a fourth would bring me a small gift. They kept switching counters, and it seemed like everyone was juggling multiple tasks and other guests at the same time. My friend also took a long time to get a replacement key card. The parking area is quite large, and there's a charging station right at the entrance. After taking a taxi back to the hotel, several drivers immediately started charging their cars downstairs. Without a car, the location is just okay, as you need to take a taxi to get anywhere, usually 2-3 kilometers away. In the gym, only the treadmills were plugged in. The spin bikes and elliptical machines didn't have their power cords near them, so I'm not sure why they weren't usable.

The sky garden, heated pool, and other facilities are all top-notch, making it the premier choice for both business and leisure travelers in Dalian. Highly recommended!

My family and I visited Dalian for a food tour, and this hotel was exactly to my liking. The decor is fresh and aesthetically pleasing, the room is spacious and not cramped, and the toiletries are of good quality. Xiao Yang at the front desk helped us get coffee. The hotel's location is very close to a popular food street, which was super convenient for us after a night out eating. Check-in was fast and efficient, making for an excellent travel experience.

A good hotel is key to a successful trip! This hotel is very close to Xinghai Square, and across the bridge is an amusement park. The paths are flat, perfect for strollers or 'baby walkers' (though the area right outside the hotel entrance has cobblestones, which can be a bit bumpy for strollers). The room environment is excellent. We are a family of five – four adults and one child – and stayed in the 'Star Blue' room, which was perfectly spacious. It had a 1.8m bed downstairs plus a tatami mat upstairs, and even a single sofa that could be used for sleeping. The space felt generous. There's also a private little courtyard where you can hang kids' clothes to dry (as long as it's not raining). The hotel has a laundry room with a dryer, so no more bringing dirty clothes home!

The hotel is next to Xinghai Square. The location is very good. It is within walking distance. It is very convenient to visit Xinghai Square and eat seafood. The environment in the hotel is very good, the price is very high, and I will choose again next time I come to Dalian.

The room is very large and clean, not far from the subway station, it is very convenient to go to the attractions by bus and subway. There are shopping malls and snack streets nearby. The front desk is very friendly. Going out during the day to play, returning to the hotel at night to cast screens and watch TV, the experience is very pleasant. There is a public examination center nearby. If you come to the exam, you live here very, very close.

First time staying at Atour, and this Atour branch at Xinghai Square has an absolutely fantastic location! It's super convenient for getting to attractions and restaurants, with a subway station right at the entrance. The room was clean and very comfortable. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is a real bonus – wash and dry all in one, and they even offer a laundry service, which is incredibly hassle-free! The gym only has cardio equipment and a few dumbbells, but it's perfectly fine for a simple workout. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended!
