"After a long search on Trip.com, I finally settled on this hotel. It's newly opened and renovated, so the hygiene is absolutely top-notch – very clean. The shower had great water temperature and pressure, and the room came with a fridge and an induction cooktop. The bedding was incredibly comfortable! You can charge your car in the ground-level parking, and once it's fully charged, you can park for free in the underground lot, which has plenty of spaces. The location is super convenient to all the attractions, and there are tons of highly-rated restaurants downstairs. All in all, a very satisfying experience!"

"The room was great, with excellent facilities and good soundproofing. However, the hotel's name is a bit of a headache because there's another Snail Hotel less than 100 meters away. This makes it very easy for food deliveries and package shipments to go to the wrong place, no matter how detailed your address is. I almost lost a package once; I called the delivery person back and forth four or five times, and they kept saying it was left at the front desk. But when I asked the front desk, they said, ”We don't accept packages, we haven't seen it.” Turns out, the delivery person immediately found it in a cabinet at the front desk. Honestly, it's quite frustrating, and I won't be staying here again. Also, the room is not cleaned at all; they only empty the trash and replenish disposables. How am I so sure? Because the duvet and pillows were exactly as I left them when I went out, and the hair in the shower drain was clogging it up, which I had to clean myself."

"I stayed for three nights, here's my objective review: First, the positives: 1. The front desk service was excellent. They were proactive in resolving issues. When I mentioned an odor in my room and wanted to switch, they brought me an air freshener and cleaning spray in the middle of the night. They also used tape to fix the light leakage on the left side of the curtain. 2. My room was cleaned and tidied daily during my stay. 3. Food deliveries were conveniently brought to the room by a robot. Now, the negatives: 1. The room I booked differed quite a bit from the pictures. Perhaps rooms of the same type vary in size and layout, which I think the hotel should note! For example, the pictures showed a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, but my room didn't have it. Also, the aisle at the foot of the bed was too narrow. It didn't feel like 15-20 square meters at all, more like 8 square meters. The room felt small overall and a bit cramped. Good thing I didn't have a suitcase, otherwise there would have been no place to put it. Plus, there was no table or chairs, making it very inconvenient to eat in the room. 2. Light seeped in from both the top and bottom of the window. As soon as dawn broke, light streamed in. The bed was right next to the window, and outside was a road, so the soundproofing wasn't great. I didn't sleep very soundly. I asked to change rooms but it seemed there were no vacancies, so I had to make do. 3. The bedding felt slightly damp to me, and the pillows were too high; both were high pillows. 4. Initially, I noticed an odd smell in the room, which improved after I reported it. However, on the following two nights, I kept feeling itchy when lying in bed, suggesting the bedding wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the service was decent, and the hotel's public areas were nice. However, there are quite a few areas for improvement within the room. My overall stay experience was average because I genuinely didn't sleep well, and the value for money was just okay."

"The newly opened Atour Hotel has a good location, between Zhongshan Square and the Russian-style street. The entire building seems to have been renovated, as there was a strong smell as soon as you entered. I reminded them to clean the room before I left, but when I returned, it was completely untouched; the only thing they changed was emptying the trash can. It was both frustrating and laughable. I had to ask for an air purifier from the first day until the second day, and it finally arrived on the afternoon of the second day.
