Dalian Hostels

The first day i came, i have trouble with booking procedure as the receptionist couldn’t find my name. I understand they have difficulties to read english name, so i have to wait about 20 minutes for check in. For the room and facilities are good and clean. I booked for 2 nights but they don’t provide any room cleaning and mineral water for the second day. Overall it is worth it for budget traveller , it is not far, not close too, from the subway station line 2 : yi er jiu jie station. I walked less than 10 minutes to reach the station, using Baitu Maps. Dalian is really beautiful, will come back again next year.

I was very satisfied with the stay. I met very nice roommates. We chatted together until the early morning. It was like I was back in college. This was the biggest gain of this trip. Secondly, the location of the youth hostel is very good. It is opposite Xinghai Park. When the weather is good, you can go there to bask in the sun, which is very comfortable. It is also very convenient to go to other attractions in Dalian from the youth hostel, and there are basically direct buses. If you have any questions, you can ask the front desk guy. The cleaning lady cleaned the place very well. I give them a thumbs up. Dalian is really beautiful. I will come again in the future.

Facilities: Very complete, there are foldable tables on the bed, sockets and bed lights at the bedside, and lockers. The bathroom has a small balcony and washing machine, the kitchen has clean tables and chairs (feeling can be self-study) and hot water, and there are self-collecting tea bags and brown sugar in the corridor on the first floor. Great! (The ps bed photo has a wide angle, please pay attention to distinguish) Hygienic: It is also very good, it can be seen that the cleaning is very diligent. The sink bathroom and shower room are not uncomfortable. It is inevitable that there are traces left by the people in front of you. They are all acceptable. Environment: The overall layout is very warm, and then there will be sisters walking back and forth, it feels similar to the university dormitory, which makes people feel at ease. I had a nice time in Lazy Bill's Hostel. The check-in counter staff were very patient even though we were communicating via a Translation app and even though I don't have a local number from a Chinese mobile network. Also, the coffee shop was located just inside the hostel and it was very convenient! The coffee was delicious. The staff were very serious when it comes to cleanliness. They cleaned the room where I stayed and they mop the room and clean the rest room every day. I could not say anything more. Will I stay here again? Definitely yes! They have a mini-convenience store inside the hostel for booze, juices and water. There were restaurants and bath houses in the area. There was also a nearby KFC! The only thing that had me worried was on my way back home because the station didn't have an escalator going down. I met a Chinese traveler of Korean descent and a local Chinese who speaks English. They were very kind. I wish to come back to Dalian and stay in Lazy Bill's Hostel once again.

This is a warm and cozy hostel with a bar and pool table. Along the staircase there are pieces of artwork for you to pause and appreciate. There are also two cuddly cats to keep you company late an night if you prefer to spend time in the common area. The microwave is a life saver on those mornings during which you have to head out super early. Apart from the subway station which is a five minute walk from the hostel, there is actually a bus stop right in front with public buses taking you directly (no luggage scans! No line transfers!) to the People’s Square, Zhongshan Square, Russian Village and even the airport.

Overall it was great, the house was simple, there was no air conditioning, but there were fans inside so it was cool. There was a separate sink and table and chairs. The location was good, not too close to any scenic spot, more like a central location. The boss was also very polite and kind. (It is worth noting that you should be careful not to bump your head when sitting on the chair)

Come to the sports center to install equipment and check into this hotel: 80 meters away from the sports center. Very close. The service quality of the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are two bottles of mineral water every day. It costs 12 yuan to take a taxi from Dalian North Station. It costs 25 yuan to take a taxi to Dalian International Airport. The money is very convenient for traveling. There are four small restaurants downstairs which are also very good.
