This apartment-style family accommodation was great because it had a large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dining table. My parents were very satisfied as we could do a quick load of laundry in the room and then gather around the dining table in the evening. We had to wait a bit long for the lobby elevator, which was inconvenient, but we found an elevator that goes to another commercial area, which was much easier. It was also nice to have restaurants and a spa within the same complex. All the lobby staff were friendly. I would definitely visit again next time.

Traveling alone to a foreign place can be exhausting and lonely, but at Atour Hotel, I was deeply touched by the incredibly kind and gentle service from the front desk staff. It was truly the most memorable and moving warm moment of my trip. After a long journey, I rushed through check-in. It was only later that I suddenly realized I had lost a precious souvenir charm – a priceless keepsake carrying cherished family memories. In that moment, panic and anxiety washed over me. The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Atour's service is never just a mechanical process; it's a heartfelt empathy and a sincere, warm commitment to treating people well. A seemingly ordinary job, yet through the purest kindness, it warms the hearts of every traveler. This unexpected warmth dispelled all my travel fatigue and allowed me to truly understand Atour's unique human touch. Just across the street from Venice Water Park. The check-in service was great, but the restaurant staff's attitude was just so-so. The coffee machine was also out of order. Usually, hotels place disposable coffee cups next to the machine, but there weren't any here. When I asked for one, they said they didn't have any, and only reluctantly gave me one after I insisted. Hope they can improve on this.

My stay at the Lavande Hotel Dalian was fantastic! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and the surrounding commercial area is well-developed, so dining and shopping were a breeze. The room was spotless and odor-free, and the 'forest air purification system' made the air fresh and comfortable. The Mousse mattress was soft and supportive, ensuring a really sound sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch, making shower time incredibly relaxing. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was nutritious and delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money, with attention to detail and a refined, quiet environment. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dalian!

My main purpose for this trip to Dalian was to watch a match at the Suoyuwan Stadium, so I chose the Novotel Dalian Zhongshan Square. From my hotel room, I could see the entire stadium in the distance. The hotel rooms are located on floors 30 and above. There are a few smaller hotels on floors below 30. Although they share the same building, they don't affect each other! The elevators are shared with the Meilun Hotel, but the Meilun's lobby is on the 58th floor, so again, no mutual impact! **Facilities:** I booked a standard twin room on the 35th floor. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The shower, in particular, had excellent water pressure. The bedding and linens were clean and hygienic, which I was most satisfied with 👍👍. The soundproofing in the room was also good, ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleep. **Environment:** The hotel boasts a superior location in the city center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Downstairs, several seafood stalls are quite famous locally, and the food is indeed delicious. The Times Square next door offers various luxury brands, perfect for a stroll after dinner. **Service:** As for the hotel's breakfast, the variety was rich and the quality was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, efficiently replenishing food and clearing plates, demonstrating a high level of professionalism 👍👍. In summary, my stay was a great experience. I will definitely choose Novotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to friends visiting Dalian!

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

I happened to arrive when a suite was available. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and arranged for me to stay in a suite. The room exceeded my expectations; the pillows were large and very comfortable. The hotel had a pleasant scent—no stale, old hotel smell, nor the overly strong fragrance found in most hotels. Its location near two subway stations makes transportation convenient. Dalian Shopping Mall is right across the street, so after dropping off my luggage, I could immediately start exploring and dining.

Location: Right next to Friendship Square and very close to Zhongshan Square. You can see Zhongshan Square from the room window. It's within walking distance to malls like Dalian Department Store and Pavilions, and there's a subway station nearby, making it convenient for both taxis and public transport. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient, and the walk itself feels like a mini city walk. Environment: The hotel environment is clean. Since it has been open for many years, the overall equipment in the rooms is a bit old, but it's relatively well-maintained. Other than some leakage from the hot water tap in the bathtub, there were no other issues. Hygiene: Housekeeping was prompt every day and cleaned very thoroughly. Service: The greeters, front desk staff, and other service personnel were all polite and had excellent service attitudes. They responded promptly to requests, which was very satisfying. Facilities: This visit, the hotel added robot service, which was a great experience as I didn't have to go downstairs to pick up takeout during off-peak hours. Of course, during busy periods, you still need to collect your food from the front desk. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose InterContinental Dalian Cosco Shipping again on my next visit to Dalian.

I originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it.
