Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned on time daily and promptly replaced towels and other items. Environment: The hotel is located opposite Donggang Venice Water Town, close to the seaside. You can enjoy beautiful night views of the sea right from your room. Service: Someone accompanied us during check-in, provided a detailed hotel introduction, and informed us of important notices. They answered all our questions thoroughly and attentively. It was a very satisfying trip!

The Dalian Four Seasons was our first Four Seasons experience in China. Having previously stayed at Four Seasons hotels in Prague, Budapest, and Singapore, I'd come to the conclusion that 'Four Seasons is always a safe bet in any unfamiliar city.' In fact, if a city has a Four Seasons, that alone is a great reason to visit, as the brand has extremely high standards for location, and following their lead rarely goes wrong. The Dalian Four Seasons is located in the prime area of Zhongshan Road. It's within a 2km drive to places like Nanshan Street, Zhongshan Square, Democratic Square's Tram Route 201 starting point, and Russian Style Street. Just a 7-minute walk from the hotel, there's a cluster of local restaurants, which is very convenient. We stayed for four nights in an 80-square-meter Grand City View King Room. It featured a spacious bedroom (after fitting a comfortable king-size bed, an L-shaped sofa, a large round table, and chairs, there was still plenty of space for two people to practice Baduanjin), an oversized walk-in closet, and a bathroom. The vanity had the essential double sinks, which made it incredibly convenient for two people. What's particularly noteworthy is the large mirror with a built-in smart TV – this was truly amazing! It's a great bonus for those who brush their teeth thoroughly (which can take a while, so I often watch my iPad at home to avoid boredom). Four Seasons' in-room tea bags and capsule coffee have always been my favorite. The Dalian hotel thoughtfully labeled four different coffee varieties with their flavors and roast levels, and even included a decaffeinated option. This was incredibly friendly for coffee lovers who want to try different trendy cafes outside every day but are also concerned about excessive caffeine intake. Every day, I made a cup of decaf coffee in my room, and could even add milk and ice to make a delicious iced latte – I really enjoyed it. Among the tea bags, Maojian was my personal favorite and one I'd recommend. Speaking of which, I must praise the hotel's sky lobby. Located on the 41st floor, it offers breathtaking sea views. Every day, I spent a long time sitting on the sofa here, reading or simply gazing at the sea, feeling a deep sense of holiday bliss. At 38樓, the gym is the most beautiful I've ever seen in any Four Seasons hotel, and indeed, in any hotel I've stayed in! This is because it boasts the same stunning sea views as the sky lobby. I went to the gym for 2 hours every day for four consecutive days. The equipment was sufficient to train shoulders, chest, back, and glutes/legs on separate days. The completeness of the fitness equipment rivaled that of the Singapore Four Seasons, but the sea view is a definite plus for the Dalian Four Seasons. I was also particularly pleased with the hotel breakfast. While other categories offered everything imaginable, that wasn't the main point. What truly impressed me was how few hotel restaurants can provide a comprehensive selection of avocado, cold-brew overnight oats (with nuts and fresh blueberries), sourdough bread, and salmon with purple cabbage salad all at once. For fitness enthusiasts who maintain a healthy diet year-round, this is an absolute godsend. Even more impressive than all the perfect hardware mentioned above was the service at the Dalian Four Seasons, which perfectly embodied the Four Seasons' core philosophy of 'treating others as you would like to be treated.' I especially want to thank Kayla and Carrie, the duty managers from the Guest Experience Department. They started coordinating with me two days before my arrival. Every morning after check-in, they would message me on WeChat to ask about our comfort levels. After the first night, they adjusted room details based on my personal preferences and needs, making me truly feel the same convenience and comfort as if I were at home. During these five days in Dalian, I truly felt that the Four Seasons makes you happy whether you leave to explore during the day or stay in all day long. A city with a Four Seasons inherently becomes more attractive, and it's a hotel you can 'mindlessly choose' without ever going wrong. Dalian Four Seasons, you are my perfect Four Seasons hotel, and for you, I am willing to return to Dalian!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The hotel enjoys a great location with convenient transportation. There are supermarket and restaurants nearby, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips. Check‑in was fast and efficient. The front‑desk staff Eric were warm, polite and patient, ready to answer all my questions with thoughtful service. The room was spotlessly clean and well‑tidied. The bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with steady hot‑water supply. Good sound insulation ensured a quiet night for rest. Dalian is beautiful.I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay without any unpleasant issues. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to this city！

My partner and I chose this hotel for our trip, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service at reception was very friendly and relaxed, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was immaculately clean, with everything tidied up perfectly, and the bedding was comfortable. The soundproofing was good, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom, making for a great experience. The room atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were always available for communication if we needed anything, and the entire stay was very pleasant. I'd definitely recommend it for couples traveling together.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service. The location is convenient for getting around. Facilities are comprehensive, and both hot water and Wi-Fi were stable. Overall, it's great value for money. Highly recommended, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍

The room hygiene was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel's design is truly unique and exquisite, by far the most aesthetically pleasing non-chain hotel I've ever seen – highly recommend! (The murals were an excellent choice, I have to commend them!). The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, and many of the facilities are showing significant signs of wear and tear, with some areas having mold.

The room is quite big and new, very clean, the breakfast is very rich and delicious; the service attitude is good, the location is good, it is not far from where to go, the nightlife downstairs is very rich. Very good stay experience, next time I come to live here, economical and hygienic.

Our original hotel for this trip wasn't great, so we switched to this one. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. There's even a restaurant that's been on Dazhong Dianping's 'Must-Eat' list for six consecutive years, which is definitely worth checking out. You'll also find many coffee shops and bakeries that look absolutely delicious. The room was quite spacious, and although the decor showed a bit of age, it was meticulously cleaned and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and even provided complimentary welcome fruits. There was also a self-service afternoon tea and late-night snacks available. When I left, I accidentally forgot a small item in the hotel. The staff promptly contacted me and handled it perfectly, which was incredibly thoughtful. Dalian is a stylish city, and the Youhao Meiju Hotel is a comfortable place to stay. If I have the chance to visit Dalian again, I would definitely consider staying here.

My main purpose for this trip to Dalian was to watch a match at the Suoyuwan Stadium, so I chose the Novotel Dalian Zhongshan Square. From my hotel room, I could see the entire stadium in the distance. The hotel rooms are located on floors 30 and above. There are a few smaller hotels on floors below 30. Although they share the same building, they don't affect each other! The elevators are shared with the Meilun Hotel, but the Meilun's lobby is on the 58th floor, so again, no mutual impact! **Facilities:** I booked a standard twin room on the 35th floor. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The shower, in particular, had excellent water pressure. The bedding and linens were clean and hygienic, which I was most satisfied with 👍👍. The soundproofing in the room was also good, ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleep. **Environment:** The hotel boasts a superior location in the city center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Downstairs, several seafood stalls are quite famous locally, and the food is indeed delicious. The Times Square next door offers various luxury brands, perfect for a stroll after dinner. **Service:** As for the hotel's breakfast, the variety was rich and the quality was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, efficiently replenishing food and clearing plates, demonstrating a high level of professionalism 👍👍. In summary, my stay was a great experience. I will definitely choose Novotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to friends visiting Dalian!
