It's close to the train station, Tianjin Street, and Russian Culture Street, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable: This is an older five-star hotel, and the rooms are large (starting from a minimum of 50 sqm). The bedding is soft, and the bathroom is huge with excellent water pressure. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offer an unbeatable view, perfect for seeing the city panorama during the day and the sparkling night view in the evening. The service is thoughtful and professional: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in smooth and check-out quick. The staff are always ready to help and pay attention to details, actively offering to help with luggage and providing welcome amenities. The dining is excellent: The breakfast selection is incredibly varied, and the sea cucumber rice and clam noodles are both fantastic. Overall impression: This is a highly recommended and cost-effective choice in downtown Dalian. The transportation, views, service, and comfort are all top-notch, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian!"

"I was very satisfied with the whole thing. When I booked the room, I was worried that the pictures would be different from the real scene, so I called the merchant to ask. After I arrived, I felt relieved when I saw the room. It was exactly the same as the pictures shown online. In addition, a new tea drinking area was added. "The staff waited for me to arrive because my flight arrived at 11:15 pm and I arrived at the capsule hotel at 12:15 am. The temperature of the capsule rooms were just right. I love the free access to the bathhouse. The bathing facility is really clean and well maintained. I regretted not getting body scrub and massage and I should have explored the capsule hotel more. I think there is also a restaurant in the higher floors. Just take note that the bathing facility is open from 8 am to 12 am only. The subway station is near as well. As a foreigner who cannot speak nor read Chinese, I am very happy that there’s a McDonalds nearby. There are also nearby marts and Chinese franchise restaurants. My stay was very short so I wasn’t able to discover the other restaurants nearby. I would definitely book here again and I love the keychain that they gave me. The staff were really kind. There were some minor difficulties, such as difficulty of finding electric sockets and inside the capsule, the port was a USB A socket, but there was a phone charging station outside the rooms."

"I rarely leave reviews on Trip.com, but this time I just had to. I brought my child to Dalian, and originally I just booked a family room for one night because of its proximity to Xinghai Square. It far exceeded my expectations. From the front desk staff, the lobby manager, to even the hotel owner, everyone was impeccable. Although the room wasn't huge, the location was superb; just a few minutes' walk downstairs, across the bridge, and you're at Xinghai Square. The family-friendly decor in the room was very thoughtful, all the children's amenities were from Sam's Club, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the few that provided extreme comfort. The decor style is modern, and every item in the hotel was carefully selected. I initially thought it would be a standard budget hotel, but it's actually on par with a five-star hotel. Every detail felt so considerate, even providing 8 bottles of water in the room. Upon check-in, a butler proactively added me on WeChat to arrange the next day's breakfast time in advance and prepared it. In the evening, they even asked if I needed a goodnight drink. When going out, the lobby manager and owner would actively ask if I needed help or offer travel suggestions. I've stayed in so many hotels, both domestically and internationally, including almost all of Macau's top five-star hotels, and I've never felt that a Dalian hotel could provide such meticulous service. It truly went far beyond my expectations. If I had to pick a flaw, I'd say other than being a bit small, there's nothing else... You can really feel that the owner puts their heart into it. The location, price, and service of this hotel are truly beyond reproach, and it compelled me to say a few words. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel in Dalian again."
