The water can reach your neck when you sit in it. It is very comfortable, but it takes some time to drain the water. You can drain the water before you check in. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. I felt like I was at home. The next morning, I had breakfast on the third floor. The restaurant environment was elegant and the breakfast variety was rich. There were dessert areas and various drinks. On the second day, I enjoyed the big scrubbing in the hot spring area in the Northeast. It was really different. The scrubbing master was warm and thoughtful. He was as enthusiastic as the service of the Northeast people. The scrubbing was very serious and clean. Then I brought my family to the steaming square, drank tea, and rested for a while. I went to Jinshitan in the afternoon. It is not far from Jinshitan. It takes about 20 minutes to drive. The room price here is much cheaper than the hotel in Jinshitan, which is very cost-effective. I was tired at night and returned to the hotel to eat the set meal in the restaurant on the 3rd floor. The set meal here is very friendly, the price is not high, the quantity is quite large, and I am very full. I will stay in Dalian Karen Hot Spring Hotel again in the future, and continue to be beautiful~

While the hotel is downtown, it's not as centrally located as other places closer to the water. There was an issue with dishes being left behind, and the staff was picky about charging for a sprite that i had replaced already. Still it was a good hotel overall German bar on B1 is pretty good

The staff at the front desk were really kind and English was also comfortable. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, especially with a bidet in the bathroom. However, I stayed on the 10th floor, but it was a little disappointing that the room with a bad view of the building in front was blocked, and I turned on the heating, but the cold wind kept coming out, so I asked for a separate heater, so it was less cold. Hotel facilities such as saunas and restaurants in the hotel have great convenience like a global brand five-star hotel, especially because it is located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient wherever you went. The hotel is located in the Golden Coast of Jinshitan. I felt the warm service as soon as I entered the door. Although there is no concierge like in high-star hotels, the front desk staff will help with the luggage. Qin Jing at the front desk was smiling, and the check-in procedure was very fast. She also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding tours. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, the cleaning staff works meticulously, and the rooms are spotless. The hotel's catering is also commendable. The restaurant environment is elegant, the dishes are rich and varied, and the taste is excellent. The service staff will promptly ask the guests for their needs and guide them to their seats. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, which can be entered by swiping the room card. It is very convenient to scan the machine to pay, and you can watch TV while waiting. In short, it is a good experience, recommended!

A good place for internet celebrities to check in. The room is quite large, the bedding is very clean, and the bathroom is also large. Parents with children can choose it with confidence. It is difficult to review this hotel without talking about the pros and the cons of the location. As a beach resort the location, it is still struggling to recover from the Covid lull and many of the attractions are being refurbished this year in preparation for a hopeful end of season, but more realistically 2024. The landscape is beautiful and worth the visit and the hotel itself was clean, professional, excellently staffed and a joy to stay at. The food was above average and we particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. I would stay here again if I wanted some quiet time to relax on my own, or if I had a family that needed lots of differnet activities to keep the little ones happy.

This is a hidden gem to stay for families or for couples! We wanted our kids to enjoy being in the water even in the middle of winter and this was the perfect place. We stayed in a villa where they will fill your personal hot spring whenever needed. The public hot spring area also has huge indoor heated pools and a wonderful kids area. My children had a blast! Cleanliness and service was impecable all around. Shout out to Derek and Brain who spoke English and were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. As expected, the area around the hotel is quite dead in the winter like the amusement park and beach. Most attractions and things to do in Dalian are about 45 minutes away, so we will probably come back March- September instead.
