YYuchuchuchuAbsolutely fantastic! From the moment you step inside, you can tell it's a guesthouse with a great artistic vibe. We traveled during the off-peak season, so parking right outside was incredibly easy. The rooftop view is amazing, and the tatami bed was super comfortable to sleep on. The soundproofing in the room is also excellent. There were five of us, and having two sinks in the room was really convenient and clean. The shower and toilet were also separate, which was great. I'm not much of a photographer, so I didn't take many pictures, but the room truly is beautiful. The basement level is a coffee shop, and I imagine taking photos there while having afternoon tea would turn out wonderfully! Since I had my child with me, I just took my drink back to the room. Next time, I'll definitely come without the kids!
Service: The front desk staff were incredibly kind and gentle. When we checked out, we had a small issue with the key card due to our own mistake, but they patiently helped us resolve it, allowing us to end our trip on a perfect note.

QQuinnomI had the most wonderful stay here. Firstly, the homestay itself is so clean and pretty. My room was exactly as it was in the pictures. I had a bathtub by the window with a seaview and a large room all to myself. The warm lighting made the ambience even more spectacular. I absolutely loved the New Chinese Style Interior Design. It is one of my favourite interiors, and it was such a dream to stay here. The complimentary Chinese tea set was refreshing. The staff here is excellent, too! I was attended by Mr. Sun, who spoke good English (which was very helpful for me as I am a foreigner with limited Mandarin). Upon my request, Mr. Sun provided me with a vegetarian breakfast and even brought it to my ropm to enjoy. It was a very substantial breakfast: millet porridge, warm milk, steamed sweet potato, corn on the cob, Broccoli, carrots, pumpkin, and a vegetable bao with fruits.
There is also a complimentary bracelet-making station for homestay guests. Mr. Sun also provided me with free-flow drinking water as the weather was lovely and sunny.
Location-wise, you can walk to the nearby theme park by crossing the pedestrian bridge and there are plenty of (high-end seafood restaurants) but there is also a supermarket and restaurant next door that was within my budget. The view of the bridge from my room at night was absolutely beautiful with the lights. Overall, I would really encourage anyone visiting Dalian to stay here! 😍😍 Thank you so much, Qingsong Yaju!

The room was spotless, down to the smallest details; the bedding was pristine white, and the bathroom was immaculate. It felt so reassuring and comfortable to stay there. GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay! The location is a big plus, being so close to both the subway and shopping malls, which made getting around super convenient. The room was bright and spotless, and the bedding was really comfortable, so I slept very well. The breakfast spread was extensive, and it was a lovely touch to have some comforting congee available if you came back hungry in the evening. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

LLululemengWe had a very pleasant stay overall. All of the staff members were warm, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was efficient and cleaned the room promptly every day, which made the experience even more comfortable.
The location is also very convenient — easy to get around and very easy to call a taxi at any time. We also appreciated the laundry and dryer facilities, which were practical and convenient for travelers staying multiple days.
The only small downside was that there is only one elevator, so the waiting time could sometimes be quite long during busy hours. Other than that, everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

The room itself features a sleek, sophisticated design, and the voice-controlled lighting and curtains are incredibly convenient. The bedding is high-thread-count cotton, and they even offer a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom amenities are essential oil-based with a wonderfully healing citrus scent. In the common areas, there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and fruit tea – perfect for a refreshing pick-me-up after a day out. Every detail here shows thoughtfulness. I posted pictures, and everyone was asking for the link! Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality.

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic beachfront resort, you definitely won't regret coming here.
**Facilities:** The temperature was perfect, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The room had a large soaking tub, and there was another one on the balcony – I can only imagine how relaxing and refreshing it would be to soak there while looking at the sea in summer. The toilet was smart, and all the toiletries were comprehensive and from well-known brands, even the toothpaste was Ora.
**Cleanliness:** It was very clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent.
**Environment:** A super sea-view room, the environment speaks for itself. At night, you can lie in bed and enjoy the sea view and stargaze. In the morning, you wake up to the sunrise over the ocean 🌅, which is incredibly romantic. The beachfront environment is also exceptionally good, especially in winter with beautiful Christmas trees that light up at night, creating a wonderful atmosphere for taking memorable photos.
**Service:** There's a one-on-one dedicated butler service. They meticulously answer all your questions and have a superb service attitude.
**Soft Drinks & Snacks:** The room provides snacks and bottled water, and the breakfast selection is very rich. A special shout-out to the tea-marinated eggs (cháyè dàn) – they were so delicious, the best I've ever had!
I definitely want to come back again in the summer!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was very comfortable. Dalian is lovely and cool this time of year, and we could open the windows in the living area directly, keeping the room cool without needing AC. While the overall facilities in the room are a bit dated, you can tell it was once a four-star standard, and it was clean with no strange smells. It was also quite soundproof. The bathroom deserves a special mention for being very spacious – much better than many other hotels. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, and taxis can get you anywhere quickly. The elevators are fast. My only wish is for a wider variety at breakfast.
