"Five-star review! While this hotel doesn't boast five-star facilities, its service far surpasses many newly renovated hotels, offering a truly heartwarming experience. Service: The steps at the entrance were quite high, and the staff, seeing us with luggage, immediately came over to help carry it up. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with every corner spotless. Special mention goes to the older staff members at the front desk; they are steady, thorough, and their service is attentive and sincere. Room: The room was spacious and open, with plenty of power outlets, making it super convenient to charge phones and power banks at any time. Cleanliness: Excellent and thorough. I had read reviews mentioning only paper cups and was a bit hesitant, but upon arrival, I saw that in addition to regular reusable cups, they also provided paper cups! Facilities: Not brand new, but very comfortable. The only minor issue was some water accumulation in the bathroom after a long shower, but it was manageable. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian! Outside the hotel, there are countless snack stalls, breakfast spots, and supermarkets, and the old-fashioned tram makes getting around incredibly convenient."

"I brought my family to Lushunkou and was looking for a hotel close to the sea and attractions! That's when I found this new Atour Light hotel. **Facilities:** Opened this year, it has the signature Atour Light style. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy, with fresh air and no strong odors. **Environment:** It's located in an alley, so it's relatively quiet around there. There are many great restaurants nearby! About a kilometer away, there's the Jiulu Road morning market worth checking out. Behind the hotel is the downhill exit for the Baiyushan Scenic Area shuttle bus (but you can walk up the mountain pretty quickly). **Service:** The front desk staff, especially the gentleman, was very professional and enthusiastic! He provided a lot of answers and suggestions. Communication was easy and pleasant. ❤️"

"The child needed a nap for the college entrance examination, so he booked a two-day noon hour room. The front desk lady's service attitude is very good, the room is very clean and tidy, the hotel environment is relatively quiet, the hotel also specially arranged for the college entrance examination candidates on the same floor to avoid being disturbed by other guests. The child had a good rest at noon and we were very satisfied. Highly recommended."

I'm not sure if it's because the manager (the lady with prominent dark circles under her eyes) is so nice, but the sea-view room experience exceeded my expectations! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning sea view; you can admire the entire ocean without even leaving your room. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The environment was quiet, and the facilities were comprehensive. The staff were all warm and courteous. Just quietly enjoying the sea breeze and the beautiful scenery filled me with such holiday happiness – I highly recommend it!"
