GGuest UserI first stayed at this B&B last May, and I loved the great service, excellent location, and especially the room design with its natural wood furniture style! So, when I had vacation time again this year, I came straight back. My main reason for visiting Dalian is always to see the giant pandas at Dalian Forest Zoo. Staying here near Xinghai Square is perfect; a taxi ride there costs less than 10 yuan and takes under 5 minutes. It's also right by the sea and in a central area, which makes everything super convenient and satisfying. Today I'm leaving Dalian, and the guy at the front desk was so kind; he gave us a complimentary afternoon tea set from their sister branch, Jin Se, across the street. It's a small gesture, but it means a lot. The wind in Dalian is so strong and it's really cold right now, so a warm afternoon tea at this moment is incredibly heartwarming. I'll definitely be back for the pandas, and I'll choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel and the room are more beautiful than in the photo. Amazing interior, incredible terrace, helpful girls at the reception, cute dog. We were lucky with the weather, the view is beautiful. The only negative is that it was difficult for us to explain ourselves, Russian guests rarely visit the hotel 🙈 There is a kettle and mugs in the room, but no tea or sugar, and we were not allowed to order a kettle of tea for a fee in the room. There is no cutlery either, but you can get it at the reception/in the shared kitchen) I would like to live in this place longer!!! An incredibly colorful area and hotel. If we are in Dalian again, we will definitely stay. We recommend it!!!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the environment was great. The greenery in the courtyard was absolutely stunning, and it was quite close to the beach. The service attitude was super good, and they even added an extra bed for us for free, plus there were all sorts of activities. We also enjoyed the 4000㎡ Xingqi Paradise outdoor playground: it's huge, and the weather these two days was just perfect, not too hot and not too cold.

FFanfanbufanMy stay at the Four Seasons Dalian was absolutely perfect, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff. Upon arriving at the 41st-floor lobby, the check-in process was efficient and smooth. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, proactively explaining the hotel facilities, recommending optimal viewing times, and even thoughtfully suggesting an itinerary for Donggang based on my travel plans. I made a last-minute request to switch to a higher-floor sea-view room, and the front desk quickly accommodated it, communicating every detail with thoughtfulness and professionalism. The hotel lobby’s floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view of the Donggang seascape. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the amenities were complete. From the doormen and front desk to the room attendants, everyone provided excellent service, with thoughtful touches at every turn. The exceptional service from the front desk truly enhanced my entire trip. This will be my top choice when visiting Dalian, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Dalian Golden Pebble Beach for two nights over the Dragon Boat Festival, booking two rooms, and we were absolutely delighted! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were all incredibly welcoming, especially Yi Yangqianxi, who even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our floor, which was such a mood booster. The hotel itself has a vibrant musical vibe, with a distinct rock 'n' roll flair 🤘. The rooms were great too. It's right by the beach, and Discoveryland is only a few hundred meters away, so the kids had an amazing time. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, with something to please everyone. In the evenings, we also visited the hotel's own bar and enjoyed a couple of drinks – it was fantastic! There was even a foreign resident singer who performed beautifully, making it a perfect spot to unwind. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel's bay is absolutely stunning and very private. You can tell the owner has an eye for aesthetics; even though the hotel is small, every corner is picturesque, and the observation deck on the slope is breathtaking. When the weather is good, the bay turns into a beautiful 'jelly sea,' making it well worth staying to experience this beach. On the downside: It feels like the hotel's cleaning and breakfast services are outsourced to women from Northeast China. The cleanliness is frankly mediocre, so I wouldn't recommend it for germaphobes. As for breakfast, I didn't eat the food, so I can't comment on that; I only had coffee. However, the restaurant service is problematic. In the mornings, the kitchen staff were loudly gossiping in Northeastern dialect with the waitresses, openly commenting on previous guests, which was very impolite. The service lacked smiles, and their gazes were somewhat stern. While eating breakfast, they would stare at you, completely lacking personal boundaries. When my mother went to get food, an older lady kept following her and staring, making her feel very uncomfortable. There were some pastries in a steamer, and when my mother opened it to see what they were, a waitress sarered, 'These are yellow croaker dumplings, can you even eat them?!' On a positive note, the front desk staff, the bar guy, the convenience store auntie, and the paddleboard instructor were all very nice and friendly. I hope the restaurant service quality improves, and that staff receive etiquette and professionalism training, as well as addressing the cleanliness issues. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe hygiene was good. However, the service and facilities were quite disappointing. First, the facilities aren't just old; the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room at all, making it too hot. Plus, the AC was incredibly noisy. Even the closet light made a loud buzzing sound. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. After the first day's cleaning, the water and tea bags weren't replenished, but they were brought to my room after I called and asked for them.

HHLIdlenessThis is the first hotel I stayed in that has a hostel feel, rather than a cheap rental house or a fancy capsule hotel. The service and facilities are worth the price. Some of the shortcomings that are not as good as those of a star hotel (average sound insulation, light-transmitting curtains, slow draining of the floor drain) can be overcome (earplugs and eye masks take longer to wash), or in other words, they are not a problem at the cost of 64 per day. There is a Lawson nearby (open 24 hours), the nearest subway station is Xianggong Street, and there is a McDonald's to the south. Take the subway for 2 stops to Roosevelt Square, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk is open from 7:30 to 23:00. The boss is a nice person and has three cats (Mocha, Xiaojiu and Erhei).

The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to get around to all the attractions. Overnight parking is only 10 yuan at this location, which is a great deal.
