The service was great! A day before check-in, the staff contacted me to ask about my child's information and provided suitable slippers and other amenities. When we arrived, they quickly arranged for an extra pillow and blanket upon request. They also accommodated our late check-out. Although the facilities are a bit old and the summer premium was high, the balcony sea view was absolutely stunning and left us with wonderful memories. A quick tip: it's best to bring your own hairdryer (the hotel's is quite old) and shower slippers (they only provide disposable ones). If you plan on taking a bath, bring your own large bath liner (you can also order one via delivery once you're at the hotel). The main bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not.

Stepping into the room, I immediately felt comfortable – the color scheme was just to my liking. The furniture was minimalist, perfectly arranged without being too much or too little. The staff were very attentive and proactive in offering help. Every day during my stay, they provided complimentary afternoon tea with coffee, fruit, cake, and snacks, which was great value for money. The location is convenient; I rented a car one day to go to Lushun, and the traffic was smooth. There are many restaurants downstairs, and the Russian restaurant Rubly, which I had tried before in Manzhouli, was delicious!

It was a perfect trip. I wanted to go to Lushun to go shopping. I took the light rail terminal to see the sea. It was very close to the World Peace Park. Although it was late, the park was still lively. The sea was clear and there was no smell of the sea. The store upgraded the room type and turned on the air conditioner in advance. Let the fatigue of the journey sweep away in the cool. In the morning, I looked at Fang Fei on the edge of the villa, the large bathtub floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sea view smelled the flowers. The room is so big, especially when sitting down at the side table on the first floor, I feel like singing a song ”Night on the Outskirts of Moscow”. The flowers in front of the door bloom like a brocade, the green apple exhibition is like a green jade, and the home is very delicious with a single mountain and water.

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

The Executive Floor service was meticulous and thoughtful, with personalized reception and well-arranged courtesies. The room was well-maintained, facilities were in excellent condition, and it was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The Executive Lounge had an elegant ambiance, a rich variety of food, and staff who were responsive and promptly handled any requests. The overall atmosphere was quiet and upscale, perfect for business travel. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into the Executive Floor's operation and pays close attention to details. The entire stay was relaxing and peaceful, very suitable for business trips, and definitely worth revisiting. Upon checking out during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk called and greeted guests in person, which was very heartwarming.

With a few improvements in comfort, cleanliness, breakfast options, complimentary recreational activities, and pricing, it would provide an even better guest experience.

This is a warm and cozy hostel with a bar and pool table. Along the staircase there are pieces of artwork for you to pause and appreciate. There are also two cuddly cats to keep you company late an night if you prefer to spend time in the common area. The microwave is a life saver on those mornings during which you have to head out super early. Apart from the subway station which is a five minute walk from the hostel, there is actually a bus stop right in front with public buses taking you directly (no luggage scans! No line transfers!) to the People’s Square, Zhongshan Square, Russian Village and even the airport.

First, let's talk about the pros: Overall, the hotel is quite good, and the service is excellent. They even arranged a room on the highest floor. The room was generally clean, and I received a member's greeting during check-in. The staff always greeted me daily, and when I asked for recommendations for nearby attractions, they responded promptly and enthusiastically. A pleasant little surprise was being able to get free seagull feed at the front desk – a nice touch. The location is also great, very close to Xinghai Square, which is convenient. Now for the cons: Firstly, there were stains on the room's carpet, which weren't cleaned properly. Also, unlike other Crowne Plaza hotels, there were no tissues on the nightstand, which was a bit inconvenient. Regarding the phone, a robot always answered first. I think these calls should go directly to the front desk staff; having to ask to speak to a human every time is quite troublesome. Lastly, there was no pen provided on the desk, which was an oversight. Summary: Overall, it was still good, and the little activity was nice. There were a few minor flaws, but they didn't significantly impact the overall stay. However, I hope the mentioned shortcomings can be improved to ensure a better experience for future guests.

During my stay, I wasn't feeling very well. The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian.

Every time I visit Dalian, I stay here. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to get around to all the attractions. Overnight parking is only 10 yuan at this location, which is a great deal. Highly recommended!
