The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful upon check-in. While I was checking in, they already notified housekeeping to make up the sofa bed and prepare an extra set of toiletries. By the time I entered the room, everything was ready, and the housekeeper even kept asking if I needed anything else! The room itself was very spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a window (a definite plus for a Universal Studios resort hotel) and absolutely no strange odors; even the wardrobe had a pleasant scent. The shower pressure was top-notch, which I really appreciated. The breakfast at the Crowne Plaza was also fantastic; they even had traditional Old Beijing 'Douzhi' (fermented bean milk), and it tasted incredibly authentic. I think this hotel is quite competitive within the Universal Studios resort area. If you're not rushing for early entry to the park, the Crowne Plaza should definitely be your top choice. We had a truly wonderful stay. First off, the location is great – about a 15-minute drive from Universal Studios, so it's quite convenient for taxis. The room was incredibly spacious, actually two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a living room and a courtyard with tables and chairs. It's so roomy that it would be perfect for two families. The facilities are comprehensive, and the interior is decorated like the Weasleys' house, which Harry Potter fans will absolutely adore! There are even wizard robes and wands available for use. The whole setup, with a courtyard and a small building (Black's house upstairs), creates an amazing atmosphere – perfect for endless photos. The butler provided excellent service, giving us important information before arrival and being very responsive to all our requests once we checked in. They even kindly drove us to Universal and advised us on the best taxi pick-up spots, making our travel and stay completely smooth. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the B&B, so picking up essentials and finding food isn't an issue, and if you have specific preferences, you can always order delivery. This time I brought my kids to Universal Studios, and the B&B we chose was such a pleasant surprise! Must give five-star praise! The B&B is very close to Universal Studios, and there is a free shuttle bus every day, which saves a lot of time and energy.
What satisfies me most is the family’s courtyard, which is decorated in a warm and interesting way. The children have a lot of fun as soon as they arrive! It is very pleasant to bask in the sun, play with toys in the yard, and watch the stars with your children at night. The room was impeccably clean, the bed sheets and quilt covers smelled fresh, and there was not a single water stain in the bathroom, making it a very safe place to stay.

The room was small, and outside the window, there seemed to be something like a heating vent, making it very hot. I had to turn on the AC to cool it down at night. The glass bathroom door wouldn't stay closed; it would slowly open a crack on its own. Around 3 AM, the door of the empty room next door kept beeping, and the soundproofing was terrible.
