Pentahotel Moscow, Arbat ★★★★
"Unfortunately, the staff there showed no respect or consideration for guests and raised their voices at people in the reception area. I only found one respectful person, who was of another nationality, and one very disrespectful woman named Eira."
Hotel Izmailovo Gamma ★★★
The Izmailovo Kremlin and Izmailovo Estate are both just a 4-minute drive away.
Artcourt Moscow Center Hotel (ex. Courtyard by Marriott City Center Hotel) ★★★★
"Awesome, awesome, awesome!"
Budapest Hotel ★★★★
"The room had a distinct Soviet feel, and so did the staff. They seemed to have an inexplicable arrogance and disregard towards Chinese guests. However, it definitely had character, and the location was fantastic."
Moscow Marriott Imperial Plaza Hotel ★★★★★
The hotel enjoys a prime city-center location, just steps from Komsomolskaya Square and Moscow Metro’s Circle Line.
Metropol Hotel ★★★★★
"Excellent service and attentive staff. The waiters at breakfast were very courteous, and the front desk allowed us to check out a few hours later. We felt like the most welcome and anticipated guests, which is the most important thing in a hotel. The mattress was comfortable. We stayed in a historic room; the decor was a bit dated. Next time, we'll opt for a modern room."
Ibis Moscow Centre Bakhrushina ★★★
"The staff were very welcoming and spoke both English and Russian, and their Chinese was pretty good too. Environment: Not bad, though the room was a bit small. Service: The cleaning staff left a strange smell in the room after cleaning, which was really disgusting."
Marco Polo by Moss Hospitality Hotel ★★★★
"An interesting hotel, convenient location, pleasant staff."
Novotel Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport ★★★★
"Located near the airport, it is very convenient and has a rich breakfast."

Alexander Club Hotel
"Staff was really responsible and impressive"
Alekseevskiy Business-Hotel
"I stayed in a single room. The location is near residential and office buildings; it's about a 12-minute walk to the nearest subway station. I think the location is acceptable, and it's very quiet. The facilities are so-so, or rather, very so-so 😂; the single room uses a key to open the door, not a key card. The chairs inside were also very dirty. Because I was going back to my home country, I didn't proactively ask the registration office if it was possible to process the application, and they didn't mention it at all during check-in and check-out. (So if you need this service, it's best to contact them by phone beforehand.)"
Moscow Country Club
"We regularly relax in this hotel with the whole family, overall it’s not bad, but, of course, you shouldn’t delude yourself about five stars. There is de facto no room service in the hotel (it is stupidly impossible to get through to them), and the menu in the rooms is on the table just for show; in fact, in fact, there is not even a basic pizza from this menu. At best, the operator will pick up the phone for the tenth time, promise to call back to check with the cook about the availability of dishes, and he will simply hang up. The cafe “On the Shore” is just as fake. We have never seen that they offer the kebab stated in the menu or that there is even a barbecue there, they just sell three-way drinks and dry food. At the same time, renting a hotel barbecue costs 5,000 rubles for at least three hours (is it okay that the barbecue takes a maximum of fifteen minutes to prepare?) and this is for KARL vacationers! It's even more expensive for outsiders. And if you also cook your own barbecue there, you will have to pay an additional 1,700 rubles per person. Thus, the pleasure of grilling your own kebab will cost the family almost ten thousand just for the grill. Thank you but no. In general, the hotel is not suitable for those who like to dine outdoors and have a snack between meals in the room."
Petroff Palace Boutique Hotel
"You are not allowed to stay in the main castle, which is a bit deceptive. In fact, we stayed in the row of houses on the side. Overall, I am quite satisfied. At this price, you can stay in a five-diamond hotel"
Maidens
A space where you can pause time and savor some solitude, all while staying in the very heart of Moscow.
The St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya
"At breakfast all the tables were occupied. There were a lot of people. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I asked the staff if they could call me to my room when a free table appeared. 30 minutes passed, no one called, I went up, breakfast was completely over and everything was cleaned up. That's the kind of service!!!"
Soluxe Hotel Moscow
"["The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.","The hotel environment is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and the overall experience was fantastic. Definitely worth recommending.","The location is superb, making travel very convenient. The room was clean and quiet, with a full set of toiletries. The service was thoughtful and meticulous. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and was a perfect experience."]"
Palmira Art Hotel

Okno
"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! They met the 🙏🏽 friendlyly and quickly settled. The room is clean, spacious, cozy. Bed and bed linen are beautiful! As a complement of delicious and water! Quickly respond to requests ! Good staff ! I will return yet necessarily! The location is excellent !"
Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya
"Quite good and very convenient."
Palmira Business Club
"We enjoyed it. Thank you."
Nova Luxe Spa Boutique-Hotel
"The hotel is cool, clean, arrived late but it was nice to know what we were expecting. From the downsides, the hotel is located as a spa hotel, but we have not been able to sign up for a massage after a long flight. Unable to call the masseur at least just to learn about time, as strange as possible when online recording in the world simply exists, no dop information at booking was also, for example, about the time, that the service is, but a tight record and you can record in advance by writing us. The idea of the hotel is very cool, but implementation is still minus"
