The staff at reception were incredibly kind and helpful. One day I had trouble using the washing machines, and one of the receptionists came with me and helped fix the problem. I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. The housekeeping team was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, even if we went out later than usual. Every day they also left us two complimentary bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we felt at home from the very first day. We also loved the cultural activities the hotel offered. They were a wonderful way to experience Chinese culture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, excellent service, and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing! 🇨🇳❤️✨"
