One or two days before your trip, we formally assign your vehicle and driver. We verify that everything is in order and prepare the details of your itinerary to ensure maximum punctuality.
3. On Travel Day we do a Real-Time Monitoring
If it arrives at the airport: We monitor the status of your flight minute by minute. If it is advanced or delayed, we automatically adjust the pickup; your driver will always be on time.
If departing from a hotel: The driver will travel in advance to your accommodation, arriving about 15 minutes before the pickup time, ensuring they are in the lobby at the exact and agreed time.
4. The Meeting.
At the Airport: When leaving the terminal (after customs and baggage), our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name and our company logo.
At the hotel: The driver will identify himself at the reception and we will be waiting in the lobby with a sign in his name.
5. Welcome and Comfortable Transfer
The driver will help him with his luggage, placing it safely in the trunk. Once aboard our climate-controlled vehicle, you can relax, enjoy the ride, and use the Wi-Fi and available amenities while traveling safely.
6. Arrival at Destination
Upon arriving at your destination (hotel, airport, or private address), the driver will park in a safe area, assist you with your luggage again, and ensure that you do not forget any personal items in the vehicle, concluding a first-class service.
