Using an EZ-Link Card on Singapore public transport is simple.
For MRT and LRT:

When we checked in, not only was the room decorated, but there were also cute drawings on the mirror and a lovely little card. When we returned to the hotel after exploring, there was even a row of mini cakes on the table! We were truly touched. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese and were willing to communicate in Chinese, unlike some of the later hotels where staff clearly understood Chinese but wouldn't use it. The front desk was very nice and gave me a room in the South Tower facing the inner pool (the other side has Marina Bay views but only on high floors). Downstairs, Funan Mall offers convenient dining and shopping.
Nearby attractions such as Merlion Park, Fort Canning Park, and Clarke Quay are all within walking distance. Even Chinatown is a feasible walk if you're up for it.
The room was spacious enough, but some of the facilities had issues. The showerhead in the shower cubicle wasn't working, so I could only use the rain shower. I didn't bother asking the hotel to fix it.

However, there are no fireworks, no fireworks, no fireworks! What online sources say about seeing fireworks is inaccurate; you can't see them at all. On the night I stayed, it was a National Day fireworks rehearsal, and all I could hear were the sounds, but I couldn't see anything. Regarding hotel service, they claim to have Chinese-speaking staff, but it's very difficult to find them. Most don't speak Chinese and won't help you find someone who does. It's basically a situation where they speak a lot, and I don't understand, and what I say they don't quite get either. Aside from completing the check-in, I didn't really grasp a lot of what they said. Facilities: All essential amenities are provided, including disposable toiletries, towels, bath towels, a hairdryer, and even a mini-fridge and an iron (though I didn't use it). The second floor offers a private space with power outlets and a desk. It's compact but sufficient; a 20-inch suitcase can be laid out on the desk, and downstairs, two 24-inch suitcases can easily be opened simultaneously. The bathroom has drinkable tap water.
Cleanliness: Very clean, no insects or anything of the sort.
Environment: I'm really satisfied. The hallway is very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noise during resting hours. The air conditioning is powerful.
Service: The room includes complimentary snacks, tea bags, and coffee, but beverages are extra. Every morning when I left, I’d encounter the housekeeping staff, with whom I could communicate using simple English. The front desk service is great, and they offer free luggage storage.
Security is also excellent; you need to use your room key card to access your designated floor. From 3 PM to 6 PM, there's complimentary ice cream. Although breakfast isn't included, there are breakfast spots on the first floor and downstairs at the hotel opposite the All Seasons building, as well as in the mall across from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Transportation is also very convenient! The MRT and bus stops are incredibly close, and Dhoby Ghaut is an interchange for three MRT lines. Bus 36, which goes directly to the airport, is also nearby (just make sure you're going in the right direction).
One more important thing! Fort Canning Park is nearby, and the famous 'tree tunnel' photo spot is right downstairs from the All Seasons building! If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds.
The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block.

Front desk can be contradicting in their communication. Came to the front desk to check in and was given option to wait for another 45 mins for a corner room on. Higher floor which I requested as I prefer quiet room to sleep in.
So I waited and came back more than 45 mins later and a different front desk attended to me and gave me another room instead. Didn’t inform me if the previous room mentioned to me is ready or not or it’s been given away to another guest instead.
Instead only asked me if I’m alright with a room that is not at the corner. I had to say okay cos I was areadly very tired of the waiting.
Not appreciative of being asked to wait then come back and no more corner room as promised earlier with no explanation given either.
It can be chaotic at the front desk as they have to attend to mostly guest wanting to collect their baggage versus those who is checking in.
The number of check in computers doesn’t work as I go through the steps and there is no one around to help when I’m stuck either.
But the room is great though. Very small but the interior is designed such that everything is hidden behind the wall or drawers to make use of the tight space. The view from the bathroom is priceless although one needs to draw the curtain up and down when going to the bathroom.
One downside is when your next door neighbor uses the hairdryer or draws the curtain, you can hear it clearly. Other than that, sleep was good as I use a silicone ear plug.
Didn’t get to have a chance to use the robot delivery sadly.
Shoutout to the dining staff at 10th floor entrance when I was loitering outside out of curiousity to take a look. He was very friendly and welcoming even though it’s later in the evening. I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. The location is perfect, as I could do some last-minute shopping at Jewel and prepare for my departure. It felt like a significantly upgraded capsule hotel bed, though I've never actually stayed in a capsule hotel before.
However, the room was tiny. Once I opened my large suitcase, there was barely any space to move around. The shower only had a half-glass door, so if you took a vigorous shower, the floor near the toilet would get soaked. The water pressure was also incredibly weak. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but there was no conditioner.
There were two USB ports for phone charging, but neither of them worked. I managed to charge my phone using an adapter I brought from Japan, but it was slow charging due to the weak current. It took about 5 hours to fully charge. I had some time before hotel check-in, so I stopped by the Priority Pass lounge at Jewel to charge my phone, which was a much more comfortable experience. The showers there were also much more luxurious.
As soon as I entered the room, I found the pink lighting to be distasteful, like a love hotel. You could switch it off, but I couldn't relax at all in a pink room. The bed was plush and comfortable though, which was a plus.FromTHB 4,573

The location is excellent! It's within a 10-minute walk to Fort Canning Park, Merlion Park, Old Hill Street Police Station, the Art Museum, and Jumbo Seafood. When I was choosing a hotel, I wanted something clean and tidy, close to the attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out, and some even spoke a little Chinese, which made me feel very comfortable. After checking in, the room facilities were quite new, and the room size was also acceptable. It was consistent with the online pictures. Up to this point, my impression of this hotel was very good!
Now, about breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and on the second morning around 10 AM, it wasn't even peak dining time. The ”lady with straight bangs” who was seating people, and who had a Chinese appearance, I don't quite understand why, despite there being several empty tables in the main dining area close to the food stations, she refused to seat us there. Instead, she insisted on seating us in a corner conference room, which made getting food very inconvenient! The tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped. During our meal, many servers kept coming in to put away cutlery! I'm not sure if the ”lady with straight bangs” was being discriminatory or what her intention was. Revisiting Singapore after ten years, I still chose to stay at the same hotel, letting my kids relive their 'embryonic' experience, haha!
The location is superb; major landmarks are within walking distance, and there are three subway lines right outside the door. Getting to a concert is a breeze – blue line to yellow line, and I was there in half an hour. The airport is also convenient, blue line to green line, about 45 minutes. It's close to Chinatown, with endless food options.
The hotel has been well-maintained over the past decade; the facilities are still quite new. The rooms are as eco-friendly and clean as ever, though after ten years, it does lack a bit of modern tech – no bidet, no smart home system. The main gimmick is the mechanical robotic arm at the self-service breakfast.
The room size is average, not particularly large. The window faces the Singapore Attorney-General's Chambers, with its twin towers of a similar architectural style. The infinity pool on the 5th floor was already picture-perfect ten years ago.
The service is good, very responsive to requests, and increasingly friendly towards Chinese tourists. However, it still falls short compared to Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong or Aranya in China. It's more business-oriented, with no special arrangements for families with children.
The Lime restaurant's buffet breakfast is quite average. It's really not worth paying an extra S$23 for children when you can get authentic Nanyang breakfast at Ya Kun or Toast Box nearby.

Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Everything is well-appointed and exquisite. Slippers, laundry bags, razors, combs, toiletries, and soap are all of excellent quality.
