The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. When checking in, you just hand your luggage directly to the staff, and after you complete the check-in process on the fourth floor, someone will bring your luggage directly to your room. When checking out, you leave your luggage on the fourth floor, and then pick it up on the first floor when you're ready to leave, which is super convenient. The hotel also has drinking water available, so remember to fill up your water bottle before heading out. It's also close to two subway lines, making getting around very easy.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the location is very convenient. You can see the Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion from the hotel, and it's also a short walk away. The breakfast is also rich and delicious.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with several large shopping malls nearby and close proximity to the MRT station. The staff are friendly and the service attitude is excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Singapore. One minor suggestion: the toothbrushes provided have very hard bristles, so I recommend bringing your own. It would be even better if the hotel improved this.

Location: The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport, costing around 130 (presumably SGD). Alternatively, the subway station is right next to the hotel. You can access a shopping mall directly from the lobby, which features McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and Ya Kun Kaya Toast, and connects to several other malls, making it incredibly convenient. Water purchased at the Japanese supermarket, located just outside the mall entrance from the hotel, is cheaper than at 7-Eleven. It's also an easy walk to both Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sands. Hotel: The public areas are beautiful. Check-in is on the 4th floor and was a bit slow, but there was a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese. I requested a better room and was given one on the 16th floor with a direct view of the National Day fireworks. The room facilities were standard – not as small as I'd imagined, but not overly large either. The twin beds can be combined, and it seems like the sofa could also be used as a bed. The balcony door can be opened. There was no bottled water, only a direct drinking water tap, so I used my kettle to boil the water before drinking it. We happened to be there for National Day and received a box of chocolates. Overall, the kids loved it too. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, very close to Merlion Park and within walking distance, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the overall environment was comfortable, and the service was excellent. It's also very convenient for dining and transportation, making it super easy to explore the Marina Bay area. I highly recommend this hotel; the experience was great, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Singapore.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a basement with plenty of food options. It's also easy to get around via the subway. You can access the mall across the street from the same basement, and it's a short walk to Merlion Park.
