Guest UserWe brought our kids to Shanghai's various theme parks, and friends recommended the HEYITANG Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Huinan Metro Station and offers free shuttle buses directly to Disneyland, the Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. This made traveling with kids absolutely stress-free, with no need to worry about taxis.
We stayed in a family room which featured a bunk bed with a slide and a kids' tent. All the smart devices in the room were easy to operate, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. On the third floor, there's a free indoor kids' playground that our children loved visiting every day.
The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room and complimentary foot bath tubs to help alleviate travel fatigue. The front desk staff were kind and patient, making the check-in process efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave little snacks to the children.
With its comprehensive facilities, meticulous service, and excellent value for money, this hotel is our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

Anonymous UserOrange Crystal is still very reliable, I've been choosing it for years. The decor is grand, the rooms are very clean, and the bath towels are fluffy. The floor mat, especially, is super comfortable. Breakfast also gets a 10 out of 10 – it's extensive, fresh, and delicious, looking very appetizing, and tastes great too. The service is also excellent; the cleaning staff always greet you with a smile. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Pedro Jose Hernandez ZarzosaI've found a real gem in this modern tower. The hotel occupies floors 15 to 18, and the reception is a 10/10 – the staff are super friendly, they offer coffee, tea, and little pastries, and there's also a very comfortable coworking area.
The rooms are like a small studio with a kitchenette: microwave, washing machine, dryer, a full-size fridge, and plenty of closet space. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the shower… wow! The water pressure is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The door is floor-to-ceiling, so steam from long showers doesn't escape into the rest of the room. The sink area is a bit small, but it's fine for one or two people. Special mention: the magnifying mirror and the Japanese toilet – a real luxury that I really appreciated.
We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more days.
The only downside: the metro is about 1 km away, maybe a bit more. But the value for money is so good that what you save on the hotel easily covers a taxi ride. From now on, this will be my go-to place in Shanghai.
Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Finding a hotel this time around took ages, and a lot of the reviews I saw weren't great, including other Huazhu hotels. Even though this place had decent reviews and a friend recommended it, I was still a bit nervous before checking in.
**Environment:** The hotel entrance felt a little cramped, but once inside, it instantly felt comfortable. The light, minimalist style is exactly what I like. The room layout was also very pleasant; the lighting and space were both great.
**Facilities:** The room had a coffee machine ☕ which was very convenient, and a fridge (with soft drinks inside). The lobby also had water brewed by the hotel itself.
**Hygiene:** Very clean! This was my biggest concern, and I gave it a thorough look-over as soon as I entered.
**Service:** I was genuinely impressed with the service this time. Staff members would actively approach and ask if I needed anything if we made eye contact, always with a smile. The cleaning lady even politely greeted me with a 'Good morning' as I left my room and asked, 'May I clean the room now?'
Just a minor point: the front desk staff said the room they arranged had a better view (facing the golf course), but all I saw was a messy rooftop 🤣. However, it was quiet, which was a plus and didn't affect my overall satisfaction.
**Food:** The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, covering Chinese and Western styles, coarse grains, fine noodles, and fruits. If you're not looking for steak for breakfast, it's perfectly adequate for a regular meal (didn't get a full photo, but there's also a coffee machine and toaster 🍞).

Guest UserStaying at the Orange Crystal Hotel North Bund in Shanghai was a surprisingly good experience! The location is great, making it super convenient to take a stroll along the North Bund. The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. I especially want to highlight the laundry room! The LG washers and dryers were brand new and worked perfectly. After traveling, I had accumulated a pile of clothes, and being able to wash and dry everything meant I didn't have to carry dirty laundry with me – that was incredibly practical. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and communication was smooth whenever I had questions. Overall, the facilities are complete, and the mattress was comfortable. This hotel is a great choice for travelers, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai!

Guest UserThis was our 3rd stay at Atour Hotels in China. All 3 locations, ie GuangZhou, Foshan and Shanghai, have the same high standards. Hotel room was clean, well maintained and comfy.
Location is excellent as it’s near The Bund and short walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Street.
Breakfast spread was great and they also serve free porridge for supper nightly from 9.30-11pm too. You can also do your own laundry FOC and the service staffs even help to transfer your laundry from washer to dryer and when completed they will pack your cleaned and dry clothings into a bag for your pickup.
Again we are very happy with our 5-nights stay with Atour Hotel. Keep up with the great service !

Guest UserPurely came here with the kids for a change of scenery to do homework. All the staff were great. There was a slight issue with the TV, but it was promptly resolved after we reported it. The night snack server was very nice, and the tangerine peel red bean soup was delicious. They even provided extra ice cubes on the side, which shows great attention to detail. We'll be back in a few days.

Excellent value for money, truly unmatched among five-star hotels.
Due to the rainy season, there was a persistent musty smell in the room, so I requested to change rooms twice. I eventually gave up and just got used to it.
The hotel staff were incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with the issue, which deserves commendation.
The room size was very generous, especially after the complimentary upgrade.
The location is fantastic, directly opposite Raffles City, and the Capitol Theatre is just a 5-minute walk away.

QUANNEBooked the light luxury smart duplex suite, stayed here for 2 nights and it exceeded expectations. The two-level layout gives you some privacy, and little more space than a normal family room. The smart features worked well too, stable WiFi .Cleanliness was good. Room and bathroom were spotless at check-in. One thing worth knowing if you're booking: since it's a duplex, there are stairs inside the room, so it might not be ideal if you are traveling with small kids. Otherwise, great value for the space and location. I'd recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable base near Jing'an, getting around the city easily.👍🏻👍🏻

Had a great stay, and they even upgraded my room! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge. The overall facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The garden environment was very pleasant. The service was also excellent, and breakfast could be delivered to the room. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot their names, but I definitely have to mention the front desk guy today – he was especially helpful! I'll come again next time.
