Excellent
WWennnnnnn0710Stepping into the hotel lobby, I was immediately impressed by the enormous, scaly landscape mural, which created a fantastic ambiance. The overall decor is understated and elegant, exuding a sense of luxury. The front desk staff were polite and humble, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. They patiently answered all my questions. The hotel offers free parking, and there are many restaurants nearby, making daily excursions very convenient.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and dry, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent, blocking out corridor noise, ensuring a high-quality sleep every night. The shower had strong water pressure, all the appliances worked perfectly, and the room was bright and airy. Considering the overall environment and the price, this hotel offers great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel near Shanghai Zhongshan Park Station was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, surrounded by shopping malls and food streets, making exploring and dining hassle-free. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Opening the window offers a wide, open view of the city, instantly uplifting my mood.

PPedro Jose Hernandez ZarzosaI've found a real gem in this modern tower. The hotel occupies floors 15 to 18, and the reception is a 10/10 – the staff are super friendly, they offer coffee, tea, and little pastries, and there's also a very comfortable coworking area.
The rooms are like a small studio with a kitchenette: microwave, washing machine, dryer, a full-size fridge, and plenty of closet space. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the shower… wow! The water pressure is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The door is floor-to-ceiling, so steam from long showers doesn't escape into the rest of the room. The sink area is a bit small, but it's fine for one or two people. Special mention: the magnifying mirror and the Japanese toilet – a real luxury that I really appreciated.
We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more days.
The only downside: the metro is about 1 km away, maybe a bit more. But the value for money is so good that what you save on the hotel easily covers a taxi ride. From now on, this will be my go-to place in Shanghai.
Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

JJLLChunThere were eight of us, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, doing their best to arrange rooms on the same floor for us. Before we left, they even gave us some complimentary souvenirs. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

CClaire_PanFinding a hotel this time around took ages, and a lot of the reviews I saw weren't great, including other Huazhu hotels. Even though this place had decent reviews and a friend recommended it, I was still a bit nervous before checking in.
**Environment:** The hotel entrance felt a little cramped, but once inside, it instantly felt comfortable. The light, minimalist style is exactly what I like. The room layout was also very pleasant; the lighting and space were both great.
**Facilities:** The room had a coffee machine ☕ which was very convenient, and a fridge (with soft drinks inside). The lobby also had water brewed by the hotel itself.
**Hygiene:** Very clean! This was my biggest concern, and I gave it a thorough look-over as soon as I entered.
**Service:** I was genuinely impressed with the service this time. Staff members would actively approach and ask if I needed anything if we made eye contact, always with a smile. The cleaning lady even politely greeted me with a 'Good morning' as I left my room and asked, 'May I clean the room now?'
Just a minor point: the front desk staff said the room they arranged had a better view (facing the golf course), but all I saw was a messy rooftop 🤣. However, it was quiet, which was a plus and didn't affect my overall satisfaction.
**Food:** The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, covering Chinese and Western styles, coarse grains, fine noodles, and fruits. If you're not looking for steak for breakfast, it's perfectly adequate for a regular meal (didn't get a full photo, but there's also a coffee machine and toaster 🍞).

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe front desk service was exceptional. I arrived late at night, and the hotel even arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me directly to the hotel. The entire service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They also provide shuttle service to and from Disneyland, and there's even a late-night snack service when you return to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious too. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserThe surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, with Raffles City North Bund just across the street. The breakfast is good, and the view from the Sky Palace on the top floor is beautiful. There were only two bottles of water in the room, and a note indicated an additional charge of 2 yuan for each extra bottle. This practice feels a bit odd, as even smaller hotels usually provide an ample supply of bottled water.

ἈἈστραῖοςLocated in the heart of Shanghai's historic Juxingchang area, the former guesthouse of Air Force Unit 4 holds an unmissable and pivotal position in modern Chinese history. To be honest, I was initially hesitant; I had originally booked the Yan'an Hotel, but was persuaded by the travel agency to switch to this place. On the eve of the 24th anniversary of '913' (September 13th), I was in the attic room here, rushing to meet my school deadlines. On the evening of September 13th, Shanghai was hit by a heavy downpour. My family and I were having dinner at the adjacent Xi Family Garden. We borrowed two umbrellas from Manager Zhang at the front desk, one of his own and one from a colleague. I'm truly grateful for this trust, and also want to thank Manager Zhang for his thoughtful service over the past two days.

MMio Frantic+ The hotel is very close to Shanghai Railway station. Just 8 minutes of walk.
+ Very convenient to get to the tourist attractions like the Bund and Nanjing Road pedestrian street. Either with the subway or buss 64.
+The bed was comfortable.
+They have a laundry room which is good,
- Something must have been wrong with the drying machine. The laundry was still very damp despite three hours in the dryer so we had to hang the clothes in the room.
- I found the smart toilet uncomfortable. I tried to adjust the water jet, reading the manual using a translator app, but the water jet was still misplaced, too hard and cold.
+ The tea and the servis in the room was very cute and I enjoyed drinking the tea 😃
- The power chord of the kettle was too short to reach the outlet.🤔 I had to put a cup underneath.
- Sometimes I could sense a smell of cigarette smoke or odor of sewer in the room coming back to the room after a day out. It disappeared after turning on the ventilation/AC
