After staying a few days, I can say the service is truly excellent; they accommodate every request. We ended up extending our stay for several more days."

I ended up canceling the last two nights and came to the Crowne Plaza instead. I was able to check in at 11 AM, and the front desk staff were incredibly efficient and professional. Service was top-notch. It's several tiers above the JW in every aspect."

The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily."

All of these made my trip to Harbin so enjoyable. It's so different from many big cities in the south; this is the slow-paced life I long for, and I think this is the true meaning of travel. Harbin is wonderful, and I'll definitely be back!"
