Seoul Hotels with Bars

One of the worst hotel I ever stay ! Staffs extremely impolite and screaming at customers ! I shall never come to this hotel again ... maybe is their corporate culture .... the staff at the front entrance is extremely bad temper ! I cannot imagine will be treated like this at a hotel at this price in Seoul ..... Anyway never again this hotel !! Never !

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a small army of friendly and attentive staff eager to assist. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for an excellent stay. Check-in was a breeze, though it’s worth noting it happens on the 6th floor instead of the ground floor. Once you’re checked in, you’ll need to hop on another elevator to reach your room. While this might sound inconvenient, it’s surprisingly smooth. With six elevators in service, I never waited more than 1–2 minutes, so no big deal there! Now, onto the room: wow. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and oozed luxury. The bathroom? Gorgeous, featuring Diptyque products that scream sophistication (though I have to admit, the scent wasn’t my favorite). One heads-up: the hotel only provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included, so pack accordingly or be prepared to shell out 1,000–2,000 won at the hotel. The location is a total win. It’s an easy stroll to public transportation, malls, countless restaurants, a park, and even an amusement park. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, everything you need is at your fingertips. I’d happily stay here again. Now, for my only gripe: I booked the luxury king room with a “city view.” Unfortunately, “city view” turned out to be a massive building right in front of my window. Not only was the view nonexistent, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the neighbors across the way might be able to see me if they tried. Definitely not the skyline I was hoping for. If you are going to drive or take a cab, prepare to sit in the traffic for more than 30 min even though it is 5 min away since it’s very busy area. Still, the overall experience was fantastic, and I’d recommend this hotel despite the less-than-stellar view!

It is in a fantastic location, right on Myeongdong shopping street; and it is also a stone throw from the metro station. The room is of decent size, and the room was very warm. We tried to adjust the temperature but didn't seem to work. Perhaps its temperature is centrally ontrolled.

We stayed in a room with a Namsan view. The room layout is modern and clean, and the space is just right. The bed and pillows are comfortable—I had a good night's sleep during my stay. However, what I felt was lacking for a 5-star hotel was the staff’s attitude toward serving guests. In particular, the reception staff were not responsive or helpful. The nearest train station is Dongguk University. On the way there, there's a slope leading down to the station. Coming back, this slope can be tiring to climb. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families traveling with elderly parents, as the uphill walk may be inconvenient.

The most amazing hotel me and my wife stayed at during the last part of our trip. It was so perfect and relaxing we didnt want to leave the room. Everything including a laundry machine that was also a dryer in our room. The bidet toilet was magical. the location to youngsan station made it so easy for us to explore the city and return to our hotel with ease. The connecting casino and ipark mall was also amazing.

The stay was ok, except that the ice bucket and cup was left uncleared. Location was great, connected to Yongsan station via a sheltered walkway. Take exit 3 towards Seoul Dragon City and take the lift to level 1 to the lobby. Nice cafes and restaurants in the Sin Yongsan area by bus.. Back to the hotel - the concierge tagged my bags to another name. I had to unlock my tablet with my fingerprint to prove it's my bag.. (my fault for losing the ticket and yay for security). 🤣

location is near train station. check-ins are pretty automated and fuss free. The lift use QR code to go to each floor and the room uses digital password. My room is quite small but has everything you need for single traveller - comfy bed, hair dryer, shower and a TV. Good for short stays. The receptionist Lilian is such a sweet angel who is super polite and helpful with my requests!

A modern and stylish hotel located about 10 minutes on foot from Seoul Station or Heohyeon Station (slightly closer to hotel), making it an ideal base for travelers using the AREX to Incheon Airport or the KTX to other cities like Busan. The concierge is on Level 1, accessible via the pedestrian-only Seoullo overpass or elevator from the ground floor. Do note that the route from Seoul Station involves gentle slopes, pedestrian crossings, and minor stairs, which might be slightly inconvenient if you're hauling luggage (not bad, might just need more time to arrive hotel). The hotel has a trendy on-site restaurant, Seoulista, that can get busy at night, which adds to the city vibe and offers room service options like Korean fried chicken (though slightly on the pricey side). A 7-Eleven is nearby, and Namdaemun Market is about a 7-minute walk away, great for morning eats or exploring during the day. Room matched the photos – ours came with 3 single beds, though space is a bit tight, especially if trying to open multiple suitcases. Amenities were sufficient, except for no microwave, toothbrush and toothpaste, in line with South Korea’s sustainability policy (banned one-time use amenities). The TV supports Netflix, and cleanliness was well-maintained with daily housekeeping visits. One downside was the warm, dim lighting, which could make makeup application a little difficult. Complimentary luggage storage at hotel is available, which is convenient for early check-in or late departures. The Seoul Station area can feel a little rough at night, with a visible homeless presence, especially in underpasses. While they’re generally harmless elderly individuals, it’s best to remain aware of your surroundings and use the overpass when possible, where there seems to be a 24/7 security guard presence. If you have time to spare, the Lotte Outlets and Mart at Seoul Station is a great stop for last-minute souvenir shopping or snacks – it gets quite busy on weekends with travelers making final purchases before flights. Overall, a comfortable and well-connected hotel, especially for those prioritizing easy access to major rail or bus lines, though the room size and price point may be worth considering for longer stays.

The hotel is clean and provides the products of GROWN ALCHEMIST for body cream, hand wash, shampoo and body cleaner. All of them smell good and girls will like this. Besides, plastic slippers are provided. Very considerate since the paper slippers would get wet after bathing. I ordered in-room dining for 2 times. Excellent for 1st time but disappointed for 2nd since the food was left cool and I waited for around 45 mins. For breakfast, it was highly recommended. The food was delicious and the price was lower if reserved one day advancement.

Hotel was great in many sense - location just next to City Hall station - enthusiastic, helpful bellboys who would take the initiative to help - very clean rooms, large bathroom - view of the City Hall from my room was great - my room didn't have enough space to open luggage bags on the floor unless you move away the heavy chairs There was just one thing I couldn't understand. I arrived at the hotel at about 2.50pm. They told me that check in time is 3pm. So I thought maybe we can do the registration first, but get the keys at 3pm, which is what other hotels do when I've arrived earlier than the check in time. But I was told that they can only start processing the registration at 3pm. As we checked out on NYE, the hotel was fully booked, so they were not able to allow us late check out even by an hour. But this, I can understand.
