Seoul Homestays

Location of this hotel is good. It's 2 mins walk away from chungmuro station and 5 mins walk away from Myeongdong. There's lots of storage in the room but walking space is tight. There's also a fridge and microwave in the room which was convenient. It's the 3rd day of opening when we visited. Most amenities were not ready. There's no guest laundry area despite what's stated in the hotel description. Staff were nice but communication was hard as they're not exactly fluent in English. We tried asking if there's any way they could help us with doing laundry and the answer was no. We happened to see that there was a washing machine in the room beside ours and asked if we could use it but they said no again. Had to go through trip to finally have our room changed to one with a washing machine. However, the washing machine was not set up properly, so it shook very violently and moved out of its position. We almost got trapped in the toilet as the washing machine moved out to block the entire toilet entryway. It's also very loud. We didn't dare to use it anymore after one try. The hotel doesn't use floor heating so the room is extremely dry. Would be good if a dehumidifier could be provided in every room. Tried asking for one but as expected, they didn't have any.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The bus stop, airport bus stop, and subway entrance are also nearby. The room is clean and almost everything is available. There is a water server and a microwave, which is very helpful. I was able to heat up the food I bought and eat it. In the bathroom, there was shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, towels, and of course a hair dryer, but even a mini straightening iron. The shower room has a door and is separated from the toilet. Since I stayed in December, the heating in the room was ondol, so it was very comfortable and warm. Everything in the room was ◎, but the owner was very kind. He explained the limousine bus and other things very carefully. I would like to stay at this hotel again. I don't want it to become too popular and I can't get a reservation, but I just wanted to review everything that was good.

I like it so much, the price/performance ratio is very high! I will stay here again next time, the location is also very good, Facilities: very complete Sanitation: very clean! The bathroom is also spotless, the sheets are very comfortable and soft, because I have sensitive skin and am prone to allergies, it is really comfortable to sleep in her house😌

I looked at Google Maps and went there. I arrived safely, but the sign of the inn was small and black, so it wasn't very noticeable, so I passed it by at first without noticing it. Close to the station! I think the location is very good. I don't think you can get a private room with a shower at this price in this location. Great value for money. The staff seems to be absent all the time, but first enter the inn entrance and take the stairs on the right to the second floor. There is no elevator. When you go to the second floor, there is a QR code such as LINE, which you can scan and then send ”CHECK-IN Please” on LINE, and you will receive a reply immediately. You enter a PIN number for the room, but you will be told the PIN number by LINE. To open the door, touch the black touch panel on the doorknob → numbers will appear → PIN number and finally press the * mark. This will open it. Used bath towels should be put in a bucket on the third floor. There is a hair dryer, bath towels, shampoo and body soap in the room. The refrigerator is shared but on the second floor. There is a microwave and washing machine on the third floor. The walls are thin, so you can hear some outside noise, but it wasn't so loud that it kept me from sleeping. I was able to use Wi-Fi without any problems both in the room and in the shared spaces. I'd definitely like to use it again.

It was on special offer so I was able to use it in a hurry, but the bathroom and room cleanliness were really bad. In particular, some parts of the shower head in the bathroom were missing, so you could see the dirty water stains inside the shower hose and the head. The inside of the toilet was also like that, so I had no choice but to wash it thoroughly during my stay. The staff were really kind~

The room is clean and includes a small kitchen, equipped with kitchen appliances, which is good! There are also fridge & microwave in the room. The bathroom is spacious enough for moving inside it. The location is also good because it nears the Ewha Women Uni street, so it nears a lot of shops and also near the subway & bus stations. There's an elevator which is a plus point! Definitely would stay in here again one day.

I was going to Seoul urgently on a business trip, so I was thinking of sending it to a regular lodging facility. Coincidentally, The Penny's came out, so I looked at the picture of the room and it was clean and modern, so I chose it because it had a nice atmosphere to relax after a business meeting. I did. I checked in and entered the room, and it was nice because the atmosphere was the same as I expected. There was a desk so it was a nice atmosphere to have a beer while working.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Busan Station. Honestly, the location is not good because there is a slope if there is a carry. Later, since it is not a major station, the number of trains is relatively small, so it is better to go to the station with plenty of time. I had a business at Kochoku Dome this time, so I recommend it to those who are tired and want to go home early after the concert as much as possible! It was a motel, but all the amenities were available and the room was beautiful! The owner is Korean, but please say anything casually 〜 and it was a very kind person! I think it is suitable for those who want to finish the inn fee as cheap as possible for cochoku!

I was surprised that there was nothing missing. Basic amenities were a given, and it was great that I didn't have to buy things like toiletries, cotton swabs, dishes, and laundry detergent separately. The room was a bit humid because of the weather, but each room had an air conditioner, so I was able to stay comfortably. The bathroom was smaller than I thought, and since I had to share it with other people, there were some inconveniences such as having to wait a long time, but this was unavoidable, so it was okay. It's very close to Yeomchang Station, and it's an express station, so it was easy to get around. There are many places to eat nearby, and there's a convenience store right next to it, so I'm very satisfied with the location.
