"The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The location is excellent, situated between Euljiro 4-ga Station on Line 2 and Chungmuro Station on Line 4, both just a few hundred meters away. Gwangjang Market is also only about a kilometer away. Customer service does respond to emails, but they only answer one out of two questions, which is strange.
The downside is that the housekeeping staff is absolutely terrible. I stayed for 4 days and only requested cleaning twice. The first time, they knocked over my water glass and didn't even bother to pick it up – how could they not see that? It got my backpack wet, and my laptop was inside! Luckily, only a small part got wet, and my computer was fine, so I let it go. Also, I had already dried my clothes in the washing machine; I just hadn't had a chance to take them out, but when I returned, they were wet. What kind of bizarre operation is that?! The second time, they only emptied the trash and didn't even clean the toilet.
I chose this place because the room has a washing machine, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. I also saw many fellow countrymen staying here.
Korean hotel rooms are small, comparable to those in Hong Kong, but since we only had one suitcase, it was manageable."
