The subway is a very convenient 5-minute walk away, which is ideal since most major attractions are quite a distance from the Gangnam area, which isn't a major tourist hub itself."

Hhaho38The photos accurately reflect the actual room, which is bright and well-equipped. The location is great, situated between subway lines 2 and 3, and Myeongdong is within walking distance. It's a self-service apartment, so no cleaning service is provided after check-in (or it's an extra charge), and you'll need to dispose of your own trash. Remember to bring your own toiletries. Overall: good, and good value for money.

AAnonymous Userlocation is great, it's in betweet multiple train lines that are easy to get to. it's near the airport bus stop as well so you dont have to drag your luggage up and down stairs or anything. there's a gs25 and yoajung on the first floor of the building which is very convenient!
room itself is great, might be slightly small for two people but for solo travellers i think its perfect! room had a functioning stove and crockery for you to cook and a lot of storage space.
if you want to check in early you have to contact the staff on the day itself and ask if there's availability. I did that and they said i have to pay 10k/hr extra which is fine with me, so I went to their office to pay. when I got there I could hear the staff saying in korean that there's a foreigner standing outside (probably saw the cctv) and none of them wanted to come take my payment until i emailed and asked if anyone was going to come. they probably thought i cant understand them but i could so....it doesn't bother me that much but just letting other people know!
overall i would still stay here again in the future but i'll try to keep all communication via text instead so the staff won't have to speak to me lol

AAnonymous UserThe hotel employee was very thoughtful and provided us with free room upgrade and a slice of cake because of our wedding anniversary. That was very considerate and nice gesture. Also warm water in the pool was a big bonus.
However, there are few things I would like to point out which are important for us as a family traveling with a kid:
1) children are not allowed to play screen golf. That was upsetting since we never had such issue at other hotels. Also you need to reserve time slot first, which doesn’t work for people who came to Seoul for tourism or leisure purposes.
2) children are only allowed to enter pool until 17:00. That’s extremely strange since many people check in after 15:00 and there would be no time to swim at all in that case. Also people mainly prefer to do shopping and sightseeing and relax at pool when they return in the evening. So this restriction is very strange for us. In that case hotel needs to either notify the guests during reservation or turn it into “adults only” hotel.
3) hotel has a very strict check in check out rules: 15:00 check in and 11:00 check out, not 30 min later/earlier; while standard international check in is 14:00 and check out 12:00. Usually hotels especially 5 stars hotels are very flexible and let guests check in 1-2h earlier if the guests already arrived and would allow them check out 30min-1h later without any issue.
4) Gym and pool close at 21:30. That’s very early compare to other hotels, where facilities usually work until 23:00 and sometimes even 24h.
5) Gym, sauna and pool are not exclusive to the hotel guests only. Anybody with paid membership can enter, which makes it crowded and inconvenient for hotel guests, especially on holidays and weekends. Also you need to take 2 different lifts and walk by the bridge to get there (basically it’s not the same building as hotel)
I would say it’s not a 5 star hotel, but more like a premium residence, that is suitable for a long term stay without children.

GGuest UserThis is a solid choice for a modern stay. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-designed. I was impressed by the range of amenities provided. Although I didn't use it, the gym is a great feature. The breakfast was adequate (had scrambled eggs, some bread and soup), but the comfort and quality of the accommodation are the real highlights. Would happily return.

PPuspapelanggiI love Wecostay Myeongdong. The place is clean and strategic, the location is near subway and bus station, also near airport bus station.
I’ve asked on high floor and they give me on 13th floor, the room is huge for 1 person, and I liked a lot. There’s microwave, stove, and washing machine. The check inn instruction is also clear, check in on 4 pm and check out is before 11 am. The room is clean and fresh, they provide shampoo and liquid soap, which is for me is very convenient. Next time when I’m going to Seoul again, I’ll definitely stay here. Thanks for host for providing everything that I need. And last, I was so exciting because I’ve got Namsan view.

Cooking facilities, fridge freezer, cleaning products etc. Super clean, super compact but good use of space and very comfortable stay overall. Great location. Just make sure you check in via the QR code, not the kiosks...there are quite a few serviced apartment brands in operation in the same building.

AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect around DDP very near 3 subway you can connect and easy to transfer to another area. Many restaurants , Starbucks , coffee shop , mini mart 3 olive young branch , near DUNDUN department store Overall is perfect , reasonable price and recommend to stay here . I recommend to take airport bus 6001 is vey convenience the bus stop from Hotel to the airport is in-front of the hotel. Only one thing i don't like it it is bathroom has no wet/dry separation, so the whole floor gets wet, including the sink area and toilet, when shower.

ZZG TongzThe location is super convenient, really close to the subway! There are also lots of restaurants along the way. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs, which is a huge plus! Even though it's self check-in with no front desk, you can store your luggage downstairs, which is really handy. The only minor downside was that the duvet cover and pillowcase had a few small stains, but considering the price and location, it was still absolutely perfect.

GGuest UserI was a tad surprised 😯 when I saw my room. Room 508 was super minimalist - everything was function able. The loo was next to the shower. It was kinda tricky getting the right temperature for a shower. There's a fridge. Bedsheets are clean and bright. There was no funky or musty smells. Laundry is available free on level 3 and 4. Detergent can be bought for 1000 krw on the 2nd level - just make sure to adjust the dryer temperature to 50-70 degrees celsius. I especially like the Mei Tofu eatery below Ziyolk - the owner is Korean Chinese - lunch and dinner are sumptuous for around 11k to 18k krw. Just avoid peak periods around 11.30am onwards and 6.30pm if you're shy, introverted and dislike noise. All in all it's a stupendous deal to stay for cheap in a tiny room.
