"Stayed here for 5 nights and it was a good experience overall. Check in was smooth and easy. There are 2 buildings in total (Block A and B) connected with a walkway. I got a good room rate which is non-refundable so it's a good deal overall. I'll definitely choose to stay here again and hopefully their housekeeping standards will improve by then.
The good
- The building is extremely new! It's a quiet neighbourhood with other service apartment style hotels (the area well lit at night, dont worry)
- near to 2 metro station (3sam-ga and 4sa-ga) but very limited bus service nearby
- surrounded by a few convenience stores (emart/gs25)
- comfortable bed and pillows
- international plugs
- direct bus from myeongdong street
- there is a few WOWPASS machines in the hotel.
The bad
- They alternate between tidying & changing linens. You'll have to request from reception if you need the linen change daily.
- housekeeping was not up to standard. (1) the floor mat was not given for 2 nights as staff mistakenly gave me another bath towel (2) mugs were washed but not placed back into the original position, it was left by the sink. (3) bath robes were not replaced for one of the nights and I had to call the reception
