From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a small army of friendly and attentive staff eager to assist. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for an excellent stay. Check-in was a breeze, though it’s worth noting it happens on the 6th floor instead of the ground floor. Once you’re checked in, you’ll need to hop on another elevator to reach your room. While this might sound inconvenient, it’s surprisingly smooth. With six elevators in service, I never waited more than 1–2 minutes, so no big deal there!
Now, onto the room: wow. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and oozed luxury. The bathroom? Gorgeous, featuring Diptyque products that scream sophistication (though I have to admit, the scent wasn’t my favorite). One heads-up: the hotel only provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included, so pack accordingly or be prepared to shell out 1,000–2,000 won at the hotel.
The location is a total win. It’s an easy stroll to public transportation, malls, countless restaurants, a park, and even an amusement park. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, everything you need is at your fingertips. I’d happily stay here again.
Now, for my only gripe: I booked the luxury king room with a “city view.” Unfortunately, “city view” turned out to be a massive building right in front of my window. Not only was the view nonexistent, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the neighbors across the way might be able to see me if they tried. Definitely not the skyline I was hoping for.
If you are going to drive or take a cab, prepare to sit in the traffic for more than 30 min even though it is 5 min away since it’s very busy area.
Still, the overall experience was fantastic, and I’d recommend this hotel despite the less-than-stellar view!

The room was large vs other hotels in Seoul and the floor is very warm in the winter so it was great. one night's stay entitle you to onsen once. The onsen had good facilities and amenities, but lack of signages in English so I was a bit lost. But overall it was a nice stay.

What a great experience from the start! Had the hotel pick me up from the airport bus stop on arrival and they have regular shuttle bus available to the nearest subway station ( or you can choose to walk up/downhill).
The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciate the turn down service they offer. The surroundings of the hotel is very beautiful too. I made use of the gym and sauna for the 4 days I stayed there and could say the gym has one of the best equipments for a hotel standard. The hotel can be quite busy with non-hotel guests but it didn't bother me at all. I will definitely be back to try their buffet at the Parkview another time!

Love this hotel! Location is the best with the Hyundai store just 3 steps away, and the airport terminal just 2 mins walk away. The room is impeccable, not just clean but beautiful and luxurious! Lounge is also perfect for chilling with friends for high tea and evening drinks. Every hotel staff can speak English well, and their service is top notch! Highly recommended! Will book here again!

Park Hyatt Seoul gives the capital of Korea a new address that redefines comfort, elegance and sophistication with contemporary accommodation and exceptional service. Park Hyatt Seoul is ideally located in the city's central business district of Gangnam, directly opposite to COEX - the Convention and Exhibition Centre, and right next to the major business and commercial centres of Seoul. With a 24-story building fashioned like a glass box, the celebrated Japanese design firm, Super Potato, has made the idea of the hotel's exterior and interior one and the same, which makes for an impressive presence from street level and stunning panoramic views from within the hotel. Super Potato's concept melds Eastern and Western influences of tradition and innovation using nature as a guideline. Japanese and Chinese natural stone, light Myanmar oak, dark maple wood, water, and plenty of natural light are key elements throughout the hotel. The mood within the hotel changes constantly depending on the time of day, making for an endlessly surprising experience at every turn. The 184-room Park Hyatt Seoul seamlessly communicates its vision of a minimalist yet warm setting for guests and locals alike, while adding a unique design property to the exclusive Park Hyatt collection. The Park Hyatt Seoul experience begins at the top - the 24th floor. Stepping off the elevator, guests are greeted by a reception area made of Japanese Aji Stone, and a large rectangular lounge area with orange leather chairs, Myanmar oak tables, and floor-to-ceiling windows to the left. At the end of the Lobby Lounge, there is a direct view of the 17 metre indoor heated pool through a glass wall, which continues past to a view of the city through the pool's outer glass wall. The sky lobby is a wonderful example of the design concept's element of surprise because it redefines a traditional hotel layout by placing areas that normally do not go together right next to each other. Two large abstract paintings in shades of pink and orange hang by the reception and the Lounge providing a splash of colour. The dramatic wraparound view of Seoul makes the lobby the perfect setting for relaxing and or enjoying cocktails and light refreshments with friends while admiring the city below. Park Hyatt Seoul's 185 guestrooms include one Presidential Suite, two Diplomatic Suites and 35 Park Suites. The 52 square metre Park Deluxe Rooms are the largest guestrooms in the city. In order for in-house guests to enjoy more private spaces, Park Hyatt Seoul has separate elevators only available for guestroom floors and has not more than ten rooms per floor. All guestrooms and suites are designed in a contemporary style residence with 3.4 metre floor-to-ceiling windows, simple, neutral tones and exquisite artistic elements. The lavish spa-inspired bathroom is the standout feature in all the guestrooms. Measuring at a third of the size of the entire room, the bathroom features a granite stone wall and full wall windows looking out onto the city and into the bedroom (blinds are available for non-exhibitionists!). All bathrooms feature botanical-based Aesop amenities, chosen for their high quality herbs and essential oils.

Customer services are impeccable. I didn’t get to experience the bars or the restaurants, so not much to tell there.
The hotel has great view even if not facing towards the coex mall. Overall the room is comfy.
Minus point is that when checking in I had to deposit but after check out after 14 days my refund hasn’t been shown in my statement. I hope the staffs are more aware of the process to be able to assure the clients.

Views and food were great. Ventilation Fan inside the bedroom was too weak, almost out of breath during the shower. No huge Shopping Mall nearby. Pool was only 1.3 m deep.

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere I experience each time I visit your hotel. The staff, in particular, has always made a positive impression, offering an exceptional level of service that truly enhances my stay.
However, I would like to bring to attention a concern that I encountered during my most recent visit. While the majority of the team exhibits exemplary professionalism and courtesy, I did notice that a few individuals seemed to approach their roles with a sense of authority that bordered on rigidity. It appeared that, at times, their position was interpreted as a form of power or entitlement rather than a service-oriented responsibility.
As a guest, I believe that the true role of a hotelier is to serve and assist, regardless of one's title or position. The spirit of hospitality, in my view, lies in creating an environment where guests feel valued and respected, without the presence of any sense of hierarchy or authority overshadowing the experience.

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed staying here. The place was really cool, the food were very delicious, rooms were very great although the standard room was not super spacious, but the view was really beautiful. The location is really near the mall and lotte world. It’s really easy to find anything here. Will come back here again for sure.

Conveniently located next to IFC mall. There is a walkway at L1 that leads you directly to the mall with many high end stores. However, I am not quite happy with their pool. Half of the pool is blocked for play. There are about 20-30 kids there. I doubt they are all hotel guests. The remaining two lanes are ”members only,” and ”laps.” I am not sure what kind of membership you need to be able to swim on the members only lane. That lane is usually not occupied. The lap lane is busy. People jump in and out wihtout notifying the people alreay in the lane. I hit severl people by accident because of the lack of warning. When I asked whether I can use the members only lane. I was told no. Again, I am a paying guest for the hotel. Why can't I use the members only lane? In addition, they have to clean the pool every two hours for 15 minutes (pool is closed during the cleaning). I have never seen a pool that needs cleaning every two hours. Very poor management there.

SSuet ManThe room is clear with better look than online pictures. Staff are polite and willing to help. I have used the golf range, but since this is my first time, I did not have any golf clubs, the staff there was really helpful and taught me how to play.
We walked to the hotel from Namsan Park after trying to see the cherry blossoms, even it takes 10 minutes and need to go up to the mountain. We still think it was a really good experience. Recommend to staying when go to Seoul.

WWaiThe hotel service is very good. The front desk service and welcome are very good. The suite can directly see the Han River. Since you have access to the executive lounge, the quality of the meals inside is very good. The hotel is nearby and connected to the New World Department Store, as well as underground and The subway lines are directly connected, so you don’t have to go out and look for the entrance. The transportation is very convenient. It will be a place that truly reflects the internationalization of Seoul. I will look forward to using it again~
