Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Transportation is also convenient, just a five-minute walk to the subway station. The hygiene and public areas are great too. What truly stands out is the front desk service. Due to personal reasons, I needed to check out two days early. After explaining my situation, Manager Sanghyun actively helped me communicate with the hotel, and my room fee was fully refunded. I had a very satisfying stay overall!

GGuest UserPros: A staff member was always around (even if in the back of reception), spoke good English and gave us a pouch of amenities. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Big smart tv. They had underfloor heating. Unlimited water bottles. I think there was a coffee machine by reception too. We were impressed by how clean it was. Cons: The space was a bit limited for 2 people, but we opened one of the suitcases on the sofa. There was only 1 big towel in the room, but the 2 smaller ones were still sufficient. Only 1 key card to share. Despite initial worries because the price seemed too good to be true, there were no downsides. Pretty good value for money overall. We were worried it was a love motel but it was not the case. The alleyway wasn't bad or scary if you are walking from the main road, so I recommend that route if anyone was worried from other reviews. Make sure you copy the hangul/korean name of the hotel for maps/uber. It was a good hotel to stay at coming from Gimpo airport late night. Managed to order food delivery on baemin too :)

GGuest UserCan't give 5 stars cause of View points. Firstly will share the plus point Positive: -Price are reasonable or even cheap -Room quite spacious for the price -Neighboring area is quiet, you still can hear if people open door next to you but still relatively quiet for 3 days stay -Amenities quite complete -Have computer but really old -Have TVs and lot of programs -Have several type of Charger -Have extended chord -Have good water heating showers -Toilet can be set to have warm seats -Walkable to subway station -Walkable to convenience store -Room is very clean for Motel standard Negative: -When I came staff doesn't speak English. Even I tried to give google translate and ask her to speak in it she refuse. So I didn't get what I want to ask. So I just grab my key -All rooms are non-Smoking. From the website of Trip.com I clearly order Smoking rooms (Staff need to update this information) -Its stated that you can see city views from window but it doesn't (You can see pictures of neighboring building and also the window of each rooms) From these 3 points I can't give full score. Other Negatives -Room looks old -No translation of using remote, Etc (You can translate from pictures tho) -No rooms slippers -The bidets of my toilet is broken and can't be used -Does not provide bath mat Hope these long reviews help. GGuest UserLocation: Incheon Airport Bus 6013 drops you off just 100m from the hotel. The fare is 17,000 KRW per person, and the seats are large and comfortable. The one-way trip takes 1.5 hours, and it operates from around 4 AM until early morning. Subway: The closest subway station is Janghanpyeong on Line 5, which is 1.4km from the hotel. It's a bit of a walk, which is fine if you're traveling with friends, but if you're alone and in a hurry, it might feel a bit far. However, there's a bus that takes you there in one stop. Surroundings: There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The restaurants are the kind that local Koreans frequent, and many are open 24 hours. I tried the pork bone soup (gamjatang) and it was delicious and affordable, with single-serving portions available. The other restaurants looked good too. It seems like the ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab) downstairs and the spicy stir-fried chicken feet (dakbal) next door are locally famous. Check-in: The shower had excellent hot water. The room facilities were very basic, and the room itself looked a bit dark. The curtains provided good blackout, and it wasn't noisy outside. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste; while slippers are provided, they're not disposable, so it's better to bring your own. The air conditioning provided plenty of warm air and heat, plus there was an electric blanket, so you won't be cold in winter. The AC made some noise, which I could tolerate, but sensitive individuals might want to bring earplugs. There's a free water dispenser downstairs with both hot and cold water. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless requested. Overall, I'm very satisfied; it offers great value for money. The airport bus is especially convenient. Although there's a subway from the airport, the Korean subway is expensive and has many stairs, which is a hassle with luggage! I noticed flight attendants staying nearby, also using this airport bus for their commute.

MMisa93The location is good if you want peace, since it's close to Bukhansan National Park and not city centre. The room is very spacious, but the cleanliness was so-so. I found someone's hair on the bedside table, and the tiles in the bathroom weren't very clean. I guess it's what you get for the price. If you're a budget traveller, it's a good choice, if you want something more, look for other places. But the view was amazing.

GGuest UserIt was nice that they let us take one drink per person, and the room was spacious and clean, which was nice😍 The staff were all very friendly! It was such a great experience that my Japanese friend said he wanted to stay here again when he comes to Korea❤️ I'm glad you made good memories.

GGuest UserThe bed in room 135 was narrow and small, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. No extra bed could be added, and an extra blanket cost 15,000 Korean Won. The facilities were basic. The bathroom had a heated bidet toilet seat. The toilet was prone to clogging, but when I called the front desk, a service staff member came up immediately to fix it. A lot of waste wouldn't flush, but the maintenance person fixed it in five minutes, and it was perfectly clean. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. The staff were polite, friendly, and efficient. The location was very convenient. The pressure cooker in the picture contains stewed rice, which was quite tasty.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the MRT station, and there are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. However, the air conditioning unit in the room couldn't provide heating. In spring, when the weather fluctuates so much, heating is actually quite necessary. Also, both the duvet and sheets had stains on them. I hope they check them after washing before making the bed, as the stains were very obvious.

MmunimunitantanThe room looks exactly like the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and clean, with no strange smells (housekeeping came daily to clean and empty the bins). The bathroom was spacious, making for a pleasant shower experience. We chose a quad room, and there was enough space to spread out my luggage. There are also lockers for valuables, but you need to bring your own padlock. The accommodation is on the third floor with no elevator, so it's a bit of a struggle if you have large luggage like I did. Also, the beds don't have curtains, which can make you feel a bit exposed. Since the room is small, any noise, like using the toilet in the middle of the night, is amplified, and I worried about disturbing others. However, for the price, I'm very satisfied! No complaints at all!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is easy to find, close to tourist attractions and transportation, making it convenient to travel around. The hotel is a bit old, but overall it's quite good. The room is warm, but if it gets hot, you can turn on the air conditioning yourself. They provide liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which is excellent! If I go again, I'll definitely stay here.
