Great
AApple ping xoxoThe hotel is clean like new and compact. The common area is comfortable and allow us to meet new friends from different countries. The laundry service is good. Free breakfast is simple yet enough for us to start the day.. Will recommend for solo or couples travellers.

Great
DD14241****The location is fantastic! Right downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants, and it's just off the street behind the Apple Store, very close to the subway entrance. You'll find women from all over the world staying here, and the resting environment is incredibly quiet. Everyone is very considerate about maintaining a good atmosphere. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

MM508407****The hotel room was well-equipped and very clean. It's only a few minutes' walk from Yeongdeungpo Market subway station. There are two front desk staff members. The slightly stockier guy working the day I checked in was really nice. He patiently used his phone to translate when he saw I didn't understand, and very helpfully resolved any issues. However, the other slimmer front desk guy wasn't good; he was very impatient, so I avoided asking him anything later on. 😂 But overall, it was quite good, and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Korea.

GGuest UserCan't give 5 stars cause of View points. Firstly will share the plus point Positive: -Price are reasonable or even cheap -Room quite spacious for the price -Neighboring area is quiet, you still can hear if people open door next to you but still relatively quiet for 3 days stay -Amenities quite complete -Have computer but really old -Have TVs and lot of programs -Have several type of Charger -Have extended chord -Have good water heating showers -Toilet can be set to have warm seats -Walkable to subway station -Walkable to convenience store -Room is very clean for Motel standard Negative: -When I came staff doesn't speak English. Even I tried to give google translate and ask her to speak in it she refuse. So I didn't get what I want to ask. So I just grab my key -All rooms are non-Smoking. From the website of Trip.com I clearly order Smoking rooms (Staff need to update this information) -Its stated that you can see city views from window but it doesn't (You can see pictures of neighboring building and also the window of each rooms) From these 3 points I can't give full score. Other Negatives -Room looks old -No translation of using remote, Etc (You can translate from pictures tho) -No rooms slippers -The bidets of my toilet is broken and can't be used -Does not provide bath mat Hope these long reviews help. Ssabby liaThe hotel is quite nice and a have enough space for us to move around. The check in time is 7pm but the owner give us early check in. This makes us really ease as we need to put luggage and going out back. The owner is nice! Although we have communication barrier but he communicate with translator which we can understand each other. I ordered room for 2 but as a last min plan I bring another one person. The owner give a discount on the additional guest. Good service as we first step up in the hotel 👍🏼 During the check in time, the owner shows us how to turn on the heater but the tv seems like not working. But the next day the tv is working fine which the owner is putting his effort to make the tv working although I already said it’s okay (bcs we don’t have enough time to watch). Good service! Toilet is clean like a new toilet. We stayed 4d3n and the owner ask us if we want to clean the room. The next day our hotel is cleaned up and replace with the new towels, mineral water. There is heater in the bed which really helpful for us since the weather is cold. There are fan and air conditioning. Water dispenser and microwave also have. There is CU Mart infront of the hotel. This makes us ease for to topup & refund the t-money card. The only cons is - distance from hotel to the nearest subway station (MIA STATION) is around 15mins walking which makes me very tired. Seems like close but it is far actually. So only one time we walking to the station and the rest of the days we take taxi. Not recommended for those that very rely on public transport. No nearest bus station also. Not suitable for tourists/traveller unless you okay to walk along the way until station or main road.

JJadeyCMy review for a 2 night stay as 2 friends in a Twin room with windows. Plus points: 1) Value for money, no frills, simple breakfast included 2) Excellent location by DDM History & Culture Park Station, Bus Stops and short walk after you alight from Airport Bus 6001 alighting at Toyoko Inn 3) Near to DDP and DDM shopping area, food options, and convenient stores nearby 4) Able to store luggage 5) Water cooler on every floor for hot and cold water 6) Aircon is great during summer! 7) Elevators! (though a little slow at times) 8) They provided towels and shower toiletries 9) Faces main road not along alleyways, keycard access, main entrance and lifts have to be operated by keycards after 11pm, so pretty secured imo 10) There's a small fridge in the room, and I believe you can use the common kitchen to cook or reheat simple meals if you want to. Points to note (not exactly negatives, dependent on tolerance levels): 1) Cleanliness, overall ok, but I don't think they clean the corners and under the beds 2) Old linen, sheets 3) Very old building, tiles cracking along the hallway, definitely in need of better maintenance 4) The shower is connected to the sink, which means no separation of toilet and shower. Everything will get wet if you are not careful 5) Small space, but manageable imo, we were able to fit and pack 2 x 24” luggages in the twin room. 6) Wash your own dishes after having your breakfast, not an issue for us, though Overall, it's an old, budget, no frills guesthouse. Will recommend it for short stays, and I would return if I am travelling alone for the price point.

YYashmina UejimaWhen I arrived, the outside was dark with no lighting, and honestly, it looked sketchy. My Uber driver and I had trouble figuring out which building it was. Once I finally checked in, the front desk clerk walked me to my room, but the door was already wide open — a major red flag. Next, I opened the amenity kit and quickly realized this was more of a “love hotel” (iykyk). Then I tried to shower, but the tub was dirty. I attempted a quick bird bath, but that didn’t work either. At that point, it was late, hot, and I really needed a proper shower, so I just left and took an Uber home where it was clean and safe. I only lasted about 30 minutes before deciding I couldn’t stay. To be fair, the front desk clerk was apologetic, and none of this was his fault. I also don’t have an issue with love hotels in general — I’ve stayed in some nice ones. But unfortunately, this place was not up to standard.

SSarahBraithwaite77Mixed experience from this place. We had 2 rooms booked and one included a small shower room which I did not use because it was gross, there was lots of mould and it smelt like a public bathroom, so I kept the door shut. The rooms themselves were fine and clean and great that they come with a fridge and plenty of shelves etc to put your things as there isn’t too much floor space. The bathroom was ok and kept clean and there were always clean towels available if needed. There is also a washing machine that can be used for a fair charge. The kitchen was well equipped with a stove top, microwave, hot and cold water and a large fridge and freezer. Unfortunately it was a bit dirty and needed a proper sort out, the fridge was rammed full of things and I’m sure the stuff at the back had been there for months! The desk is only manned a few hours a day and even then you have to search as the staff will be busy doing things. The encounters we had were mostly great, one staff member let us check in early which was much needed after travelling all night! Another helped us find information for a doctor after one of us had some pretty nasty bites (received while staying in one of the rooms 😬). He really couldn’t do enough to help us and sent the address for us to find etc. We did have an issue in the evening once as there was a flood in the corridor right outside my room, as there was nobody about we sent a message which was answered immediately but with ‘we will sort it first thing in the morning’. This has obviously happened before as he didn’t seem worried and the floor in my room was all warped from getting wet. It was dangerous to leave as I didn’t want anyone to slip so we ended up cleaning it up as there was no staff about! Overall it was a good place to stay for the price and the bus stop is just a couple of minutes away. Just needs a good deep clean and more staff presence!

LLemonade_The Location was really nice, 5 min walk to the subway station and there were lots of food in and around the area. The only thing about the location is that walking at night it’s kinda sketchy, but generally alright if you don’t linger. Service was great for the price. When I checked out, the person manning the service department that day helped me carry my luggage down and also gave me a free drink. They gave me an extra blanket when I asked for it and were generally really nice and helpful. They have free wifi, free water and free paper cups and coffee bags. They also have free drinks in the fridge as well, though I didn’t drink any. They have a hair dryer in the room, a water boiler, shampoo and soap as well as face cream and vanity mirror for the room I stayed in. Generally pretty good. The only complaint would be that they don’t have an elevator, which I didn’t mind because I only had a hand carry and a back pack, but for those that are coming with heavier luggage, you will need to lug it up the stairs. Not exactly the cleanest of places, but it was clean enough. The furnitures aren’t new but they are clean and usable. The floor is clean. The bathroom however does have stains and isn’t exactly pleasant but for the price you pay, decent and usable. Generally speaking, a great place to stay for the price. Not the best quality, but over my expectations and definitely alright if you’re just looking for a place to clean up and sleep. I’d definitely book it again for a short get away.
