"Absolutely 100/10! Location: fantastic! 2x metro exits right outside the hotel with the others near by!!! It is close to Ikseon-dong.. less than 1 min walk, Insadong - 2-3 mins walk. Myeongdong - easy 30 mins walk! Location really is amazing! Service: customer service is 5 stars! The reception can all speak English and they were soooo helpful! They always say hello in Korean when they see you! And they helped me locate the correct bus stop towards the airport. If they didn’t help, I would have got the wrong bus stop haha. Cleanliness: can’t complain, I thought housekeeping did a great job! Overall: I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE FROM NOW ON :) ohhh and there’s a bath tub in the bathroom, it was also a really spacious big bathtub! Everything was great! Definitely one of my favourite stays! I wish they had a gym then it would be superperfect!"

"Location: First time staying in Yeongdeungpo; it's a short walk from the airport limousine bus stop so that was convenient. There's a Starbucks and C U convenience store right outside the hotel. YDP station and Lotte Department Store are a short walk away, though I recommend taking a short bus ride to the Hyundai Department Store. It's also near the Yeouido Hangang Park. Room: Layout is a little strange as other reviewers have noted, and indeed there's very little space to open your suitcase. I placed mine at the wardrobe area, which meant it was a little difficult to access the clothes I hung up. I liked the two couches against the window. Toilet: The sink is the first thing you see when you enter the room. I didn't like how the shower and toilet shared a door, and there's no bidet for the toilet. Water pressure and temperature control for both the rain shower and handheld shower were good. Bed: Fairly comfy, however it was the first time I've ever experienced a creaky hotel bed. Miscellaneous: Might be a minor thing for most but the room slippers were a joke...the top part was literally paper and difficult to slip on and off because of the way the paper was folded. Fridge was small and not very cold but did its job. Lobby is small and only has one seating area, so it's not a place to chill or wait around long. Staff were friendly, and I was allowed to check in slightly earlier than 3pm. Checkout was fuss-free."

There are also two hairdryers available in the bathroom. In-room storage and waste bins are present, though the bins are small and morning trash can pile up. "I was so lucky to book this place before my trip! I was torn between a hotel and a hostel, but choosing this one turned out to be an amazing value. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. You can get here via Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station or Dongdaemun Station. I picked it specifically because it offers access to Subway Lines 2, 4, 5, or 1, which made getting around much easier for my itinerary. The hotel has a cafe area with a water dispenser, coffee machine, disposable cutlery, and even a ramen station. It's a great spot to relax or bring back food to eat, which was super handy. Some people mentioned the rooms being small, but I booked a family room. The space between the bed and the wall was a bit tight, but I could still open my suitcase. The bed frame was high enough to store luggage underneath. There's also a self-service amenity station in the hallway where you can grab earplugs or swap out towels. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it did have a bidet toilet. It's a bit of a shame that the ventilation system couldn't be left on constantly. Also, I'm not sure if there's a laundry area; I didn't specifically notice one. The multilingual signage throughout the property was a thoughtful touch. The guesthouse feels like an old building that's been renovated. It had a slight stuffy smell, which was the only minor drawback. Many hostels of this type don't allow children, so I was very grateful that this one did."

"We booked a triple room, and while it was still quite small, it was enough for three girls. We could even open three 24-inch suitcases, though it made the aisle a bit crowded. The bathroom was actually pretty spacious. The room and beds were small, with not much storage space, so we ended up using the windowsill. The toiletries were L'Occitane, which was a nice touch! We took the 6015 airport bus directly to Gongde Station. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, several other hotels nearby, and if you walk a little further, you can get to Fritz Coffee. There are quite a few good food options around if you explore a bit. It's also close to the subway, so transportation is convenient."

On top of that, there are plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never have trouble finding something to eat. The only downside was the air conditioning system. "The location is fantastic, right next to the airport shuttle, subway, and bus stops. For a hotel in Japan or Korea, the bathroom is quite spacious. The service is great, and the room is clean and tidy. It's a bit on the smaller side though; we could barely open two 28-inch suitcases flat on the floor, and they did block the way a bit. There's also a famous 40-year-old ginseng chicken soup restaurant right across from the hotel."

"It was our first trip to Seoul with the kids, and we had a great rest at this wonderful accommodation. Our schedule for the day was packed and tiring, but we rested well at the place. Our summer clothes were soaked in sweat, but thanks to the washing machine, we were able to bring them back safely without any lingering smells. All the facilities were well-equipped, and we experienced no inconvenience using them. We couldn't find any laundry detergent, so we bought some ourselves and left it behind. It would be great if you could leave some out for us to use. If you are using public transportation, it is closest to get off at Seoul Venture Town Station on the subway. I think it would be great for families traveling to Seoul. You can cook your own meals, and the large refrigerator is a plus. It was a wonderful trip. Thanks to you, we were able to handle the next day's schedule and return home safely. Thank you. Oh, the photos are exactly as the owner posted them, so I just uploaded a shot of the front entrance. It is impeccably clean."

"The quad room is perfect for three people, with three beds and enough space to spread out three suitcases. The room was well-cleaned. The location is excellent. Downstairs, you'll find subway lines 3 and 4, which can take you to areas like Seongsu-dong and Sinsa-dong. Myeong-dong is just one subway stop away, about a 30-minute taxi ride, or a 15-minute walk. The 6015 airport bus stop is around the corner, about 200 meters away. Across the street, bus stops for routes 604 and 7011 are available, both of which will get you near Gwangjang Market in just two stops. There's a convenience store downstairs, and the streets behind the hotel are filled with small shops. There's a great old restaurant called Seoul Ttukbaegi that's perfect for those with a Chinese palate, serving rice and soup – a good option for breakfast. You'll also find many Western-style coffee shops. Across the street, there's a 24-hour self-service ramen shop, Chungmuro, which is fun for a late-night snack. The room was a bit small and the price was a bit high. Service was okay. The hotel has Wi-Fi. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. The hotel isn't old and there weren't any strange smells. It's still a decent place to stay. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Hongdae, with plenty of great places to shop and eat nearby.

The location is fantastic! Although the room was small, the layout was very efficient. I was surprised they even managed to fit a bathtub and had a separate wet/dry area in such a small space – only in Japan/Korea! The great location meant I could pop back to the hotel to drop off my shopping, which saved a lot of time. Plus, if you cut through the Olive Young store next door, you can get to the other side of the street easily. When checking out, you can use the self-service machine on the first floor, which is super quick. Cars can pull right up to the entrance in the morning and evening. At other times, you have to walk a short distance, but overall, it's very convenient – a one-stop shop for eating, shopping, and exploring!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The service was excellent (you can choose your pillow at the front desk), and there are water dispensers and ice machines in the hallways. It's only a 3-minute walk from Anguk subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. Gyeongbokgung Palace is also within walking distance. This place is perfect for first-time visitors to Seoul who want to hit the main attractions. However, if you're planning on shopping in Gangnam or Seongsu, it might be a bit far. If you're traveling with elderly guests, you can ask the front desk for a non-slip mat (as the rooms have bathtubs, not walk-in showers).

Tiny little hotel room but it was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel pyjamas were an unexpected amenity and cute. Breakfast at the rooftop bar was especially tasty, with a supply of blankets, and beautiful views that made it one of our highlights. The lobby scales to weigh our luggage also helped alot with packing for our flights. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and looked after our bags while we explored after checkout.

It was very nice hotel. Room was big enough for 4 people and 2 beds were also big enough to sleep. ( 2 queen )There were big fridge, freezer, washing machines and dryer. ( no soap) Amenities were only shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The hotel is located between Myeongdong exit 10 and Chungmuro. The hotel has wow pass machine and convenience store. Staffs were nice and room was clean. ( I just see some dust left on the corner of room but it is not big issue ) Over all we loved to stay here and if we have chance, we would like to stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Seoul. The hotel was nice and clean, and the check-in process was fast and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. Although the room was a bit small, it was still comfortable enough for 3 people. One of the highlights is the location, there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, offering authentic local bites without the overwhelming crowds you’d find in Myeongdong. Personally, I found this area much more enjoyable and relaxing. The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. Travel Tip: From the airport, take the train to Seoul Station (either normal or express), then transfer to the blue line to Chungmuro Station. If you’re carrying luggage, Exit 5 is the best choice since it has an escalator — just walk toward Starbucks. Otherwise, Exit 7 is a quicker option. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located stay in Seoul.

⭐⭐⭐ My stay at this hotel was decent overall, with a mix of good points and a few areas that could definitely be improved. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and I appreciated that the basic amenities were in place. The bed was fine, the bathroom was tidy, and the housekeeping staff did a good job keeping everything in order during my stay. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and check-in and check-out were both handled smoothly. The hotel is also in a convenient location, which made it easy to get to nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions. That was one of the biggest advantages of staying here. At the same time, there were a few things that kept the experience from being better. Some parts of the hotel felt a little dated, and there was occasional noise that made it harder to relax at times. The Wi-Fi was not always reliable, and a few small details in the room could use attention. While nothing was terrible, the overall experience felt average rather than exceptional. This hotel is fine if you are looking for a simple and convenient place to stay, but it may not be the best choice if you are expecting a more polished or comfortable experience. The room had bunk beds, and the location was really convenient. It was only a 3-minute walk to the subway station, with a pharmacy and convenience store nearby. It's also very close to that popular spicy chicken feet place. My bed was near the restroom, so there was a slight musty smell, but overall it was quite clean. The first floor is a common area where you can do some simple cooking (like instant noodles and toast) and boil hot water. Check-in is at 3 PM daily. This is my second time staying here, and I'm still quite satisfied.

It's not really excellent but You get what you payed for. Aside from they only provide small size face towels. My only complain is they should no longer provide towels with discolorations and stains. Check in is strict 3pm Check out is 11am No elevator No own kettle inside the room but u can use the pantry on the 4th floor with microwave. Near subway station line9 naebang.

This hotel is just right for a 2-3 night stay. My check-in was scheduled for 5 PM, but when I asked if I could store my luggage, they actually let me check in at 3 PM. The nearest major station is Gangnam, so getting around by bus is quite convenient. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. Given the hilly area, a combination of bus and taxi would be ideal. I chose a standard double room, which is perfect for those who prefer showers. The only minor issue was a slight cigarette smell.
